An ability to disable all generative tools and options, like Text to Vector Graphic, Generative Pattern...
I'd like to be able to turn off the new feature for "text to vector graphic (beta)" and others like it if possible, or for these to be disabled from the start, with an AI-free build.
Two related requests:
1. Disable all "Generative AI" marketing popups — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/47696468
2. Remove Text to Vector from Properties panel — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/47638688
Please upvote them, if you agree.

Adobe's AI tools come with a hidden cost — literally. While they're marketed as workflow enhancements, many are locked behind a credit system that sits on top of your existing subscription. Use them regularly, or even trial them to see what potential they could have, and you'll burn through your monthly allowance fast, leaving you either forced to pay for more or wait for the reset. This isn't just about new features, either. Tools like Generative Fill in Photoshop — once freely available — have since been folded into the credit system. This is wrong on so many levels. Essentially, Adobe is retrofitting a micro transaction model into software people already pay for, shifting the cost of AI infrastructure investment onto its users, while continuing to expand a suite you can no longer fully access without spending more. For a subscription that once meant access to everything at a fixed price, that's a significant breach of trust and a material change to a subscription.
Frankly, I'd rather the tools didn't exist in my workspace at all — at least then I'd know exactly what I'm paying for and what I can actually use in my workflow.

*Please* give me an option to not see them. I'm so tired of them taking over my workspace, the software is getting unusable.

Client work is increasingly coming with contracts explicitly banning the use of any generative software tools, so when I click ‘critical’ here I’m not being flippant.
Make whatever tools you wish but give me the option to disable or remove them.

Maybe once it becomes a useful tool, I'l think about looking at it, but it offers no solution or assistance to someone who uses (and pays for) your products as a professional.
I have no problem with the inclusion of AI as a timesaving tool, but the approach Adobe is taking to shove generative image creation and ideation down our throats (poorly, by the way) is incredibly frustrating, concerning, and hindering the productivity of professionals who are forced to pay into a monopoly. -

Photoshop is adding gen Ai tools which save time and effort but don’t try to jump into ideation territory. This is an important thing for creatives.

Add a setting in the User Preferences that does NOT get updated automatically with every update that blocks ****** AI intrusion into the desktop Illustrator app. There is no reason to push this garbage on to users that do not want it. We should have the right to block from infecting our Illustrator app that we pay monthly for.
For example: The Crop feature was recently Enshitified by adding AI generative fill. If I want AI generated fill, I can go to the Firefly website and use that. CROP means to snip off part of an image NOT add to it if the user accidentally selects a pixel beyond the image boundary. If you wanted to push your garbage AI image generator then you should have added an Expand feature beside the Crop instead of changing Crop functionality. -

I rarely use the tools and the prompts and notifications are annoying and distract from my workflow, especially the bright red one that frames your artboard. See screen shot attached.
I would like the option to be able to switch off all Generative Tools in Preferences.

Please give users the option to customize their own workspaces, thereby ensuring their workflows remain smooth without being slowed by features they do not use. Happy users are loyal users, and Adobe has the power to make this happen!

Please add an option to permamently remove/disable the newly added Firefly prompt space at the Adobe Illustrator launch window. Right now you can only hide the feature, but it opens up after relaunching either way. We all know big corporations are pushing "Artificial Intelligence" on us non-stop now, fearing the amount invested makes no sesne otherwise, but not all creatives want to see that first thing. There are way more important stuff to put right on the starting point.

Using InDesign you are frequently interrupted with a send to Express popup, along the same lines...

This is critically important to me because I make my living as an illustrator. The only reason I can pay for Adobe products is because I can draw. The existence of AI generation makes it impossible for me to buy Adobe software if my clients all generate instead. Adobe are destroying their own loyal userbase with this rubbish. If they insist upon integrating AI it should at least be a standalone program for the uncreative market who need it, not an irritation to the creatives it actively harms. Whoever made that decision doesn't know what they're doing.

I want to have a dedicated section in Preferences for all the Generative functions Ai adds, and a master option to shut them all down.
I don’t care if Adobe as a company thinks of these additions as indispensable tools that would form the future or not. I perceive these as alien and forced, and I want to have control over tools that are server-based and require payed credits. I want this interaction to be as transparent as it can be, without aggressive marketing, trying to feed with 'magic'. I want a tool, not a fairy godmother from Cinderella to pose a slot machine as a shortcut to a magic royal ball.
Control should come form US, users. -

AI in Illustrator has yet to give me anything remotely helpful for my professional life that I would ever consider using. Maybe these are helpful for the prompt jockeys who don't want to invest in learning actual artistic skills, but all I want from Illustrator is to be bomb proof reliable and take advantage of the power of my hardware.
...
I'd absolutely buy a bloat free fast version of Illustrator with no AI, but it'll never happen. This is what the new consumer wants! Maybe? -

The inability to permanently opt out of generative features is what will cause my company to move to other competitors. Let us turn it off.

Due to copyright issues we need to be able to easily and completely disable *all* AI and machine learning in all our Adobe products.
That includes:
Blocking ALL your use of any material which belongs to us and to clients. This material has strict copyright and usage limitations.
Preventing users from using any AI/ML learning features - this could infringe copyright of others and is an unacceptable risk to our business.
Thank you.

How do we do that?

Many users do and will not use your unethical money grab built off their stolen work, and they find it very vexing to have it appear in any format in their workspace. I do not want to see the pop ups of generative AI, simultaneously interrupting and insulting my ability to do my work. Be ashamed of what you have done.

Please give us an option to disable all beta and generative ai pop ups. They are extremely disruptive to workflow. If I want to use the feature, I will go and find it. I don't need it to pop up in my face constantly nor do I need it to be in the properties panel. Move ALL AI into it's own panel and allow me to disable it.

As title.
Takes up screen estate in properties panel and menu drop downs. Extremely annoying, especially in the already limited space of the properties panel on the side bar. -

I don't want to see this feature at all on my device, to be quite honest. I wish there was an option to hide these features completely from my user interface on every Adobe app.
