Eyedropper tool not detecting gradient angle
Recreating the issue:
- Make a gradient color1 -> color2
- Turn gradient around with 180 degrees color2 <- color1
- Apply the gradient to a new object through eyedropper tool
- It will show the gradient without angle change (color1 -> color2)
Video showing this (could not upload mp4 files apparently):

What it should've done:
Use the correct angle properties from the eyedropped gradient.

As suggested by Egor, extended properties are copied when complete appearance is copied. This option can be turned ON on the eydropper tool options

Perhaps it can be a problem caused by Transform Each, as reported here:

Check options for the Eyedropper tool. Angle of a gradient gets copied only when Appearance check-mark is set in said options.
