Add a Ink mixing tool for pantone & special color mix with cmyk in vector.
I am a Printing Packaging employee. am using adobe illustrator last 10 years continue. but am facing a issue with inmixing so for this I have to take plugin of some other company. but i have 4 user licenses of adobe.

Illustrator 26.5.2 The new Lock object tool is terrible
Go back to previous old version of the object lock. I do not like the gray border of a locked object. I cannot click through the object on other objects around or near the locked object. The OLD way of locking objects was better. It just sat there visually and did not affect neighboring objects.

Resources for Pen tool
Dear Sirs, Architects of Adobe Illustrator.
I am a user of this extraordinary program and I come to suggest that you create a resource so that the Pen tool can be used with the same resources as the Brush tool. That is, allowing us to expand through keyboard shortcuts and also be previously configured with Brush effects. It would make it much easier to create geometric designs, which are done more precisely with the Pen tool, but with predefined Brush strokes.

Create auto numbers/symbols in the type tool
it will be easier if we can make something like this in illustrator, especially for keyboards that don't have a number pad

Gradient mesh symmetry capability
I enjoy using gradient mesh and I think it would be great to be able to create a symmetry of gradient mesh paths when creating an object that requires symmetry in other words an object such as a computer screen design that I would like the left and the right colorations to be exactly the same. By doing this, there would be a half way symmetry point such as a rectangle or square where the halfway line would be the one of symmetry. So by creating a mesh line on the left it would automatically be created on the right.

Meu elementor abre e fecha as abas instantaneamente, eu não consigo nem criar um novo projeto, não consigo salvar, não consigo abrir nenhuma aba... Isso está prejudicando meu trabalho.

Default Swatches and Styles as part of New Document Dialog
The first thing I do every time I create a new document is delete all those default swatches and add my own. And those pattern swatches (e.g., "Jive," "Golden Ring," "Alyssa"), I am literally never going to use those.
And those quirky Graphic styles ("Jive_GS" etc). I am literally never going to use those either.
Ideally, I'd like to load up a document with its swatches, paragraph styles, graphic styles etc as part of the "new document" dialog. I can choose artboard size, bleed, margins, all kinds of things.
How about if I could pick swatch groups, paragraph styles, graphic…

Nommage des plans de travail
Dans le menu Objet/Plan de travail, avoir la possibilité d'ajouter les dimensions du plan de travail sélectionné ou de tous les plans de travail.
L'ajout se ferait à la fin du nom ou dans des colonnes additionnelles (Largeur et Hauteur) avec la possibilité d'intégrer ces dimensions dans le nom du fichier exporté. Prévoir une syntaxe compatible avec le nomage des fichier et suffisamment différentiante pour pouvoir les mettre à jour par le biais des expression régulières (Suppression puis ajout des dimensions actualisées).1 vote -
Paramétrage des traits de coupe
Avoir la possibilité de régler les traits de coupe sur 3 paramètres :
- La distance du plan de travail
- la longueur des traits de coupe
- la graisse des traits de coupe.
Aujourd'hui, ils occupent une taille de 2cm soit une augmentation de la largeur et de la longueur de 4cm. Pour de l'impression grand format sur adhésif, cela fin par faire une surface non négligeable.
Idem pour des impositions sur des documents A4 ou^l'on perd facilement une occurence en largeur et en hauteur.

Save Default Swatches from Swatches Palette
This is a struggle ever since. In the latest release, when creating an RGB document, I get tons of CMYK Swatches in the swatches palette. Why?
Please make it easy to save Default Swatches for each color mode, preferably from within the Swatches Palette.
Please don't suggest saving a Template, since that does not work due to privilege settings.

The Image Trace function can no longer pull fine detail. It has been ruined for me with new update.
I like to halftone images in photoshop and turn them into vectors in illustrator. With the changes made to Illustrator 2023, I can no longer do this, everything is overly blobby and it's just lost any ability to pull fine detail. Everything is oversimplified, and it is unusable for most of the style of work I do.

Pattern preview
Please add a feature for illustrator that is a pattern preview, such as in photoshop or affinity designer. Since illustrator is literally for patterns and illustrations, this feature should be in AI

Make the option 'Select and unlock objects on canvas' available for default!!
I love when this option was available in some version of Illustrator but magically disappear in one update, I thought that you discard this option, but if I wasn't here I never realize that I have to enable manually this option on the Preferences panel.
I was angry because it was available on InDesign but not in Illustrator, fortunately I research a little and found the response to one request like mine in this section.

Wrong German translation of item in the Select menu
Select > Object > Area Type Objects is translated as

Global Edit does not respect locked objects
When launching global edit an error messages appears warning that there are more than 1000 objects in the document. There are only 800 objects unlocked.
Locking objects used to work in order to work around the limit.

Shortcut/button for the "Enter isolation mode"-function
After Illustrator changed the place where to put pasted objects (before the objects where put in the selected layer, now the objects are put in a new layer at the top), I use the "Enter Isolations mode"-function a lot, to get the pasted objects the right place. I know there is a button, but it doesn't always show. So I would really like a shortcut for this function. Or make a button in the properties panel. Or both. Please.
1 voteDisabling 'Paste Remembers Layers' in the Layers panel’s flyout menu solved the problem with pasting in place into a selected layer, therefore a specialized hotkey to the layer isolation is no longer required for the user.

Fix Heavy Shaded PDF Import Error

Pencil and Pen Tool Request
I've been using Adobe products over 30 years and saw tool stay the same over time. The way I see Illustrator it should mimic how an Illustrator uses a pencil and pen.
The title it's self demands changes to give us a more natural feel using the tools. The Pen and Pencil tool we can use as a major tool used.
Like using the Pencil Tool there could be variations as we are drawing with Pen pressure that varies kinda like tapers and thick lines based on how we apply a calligraphy path, It opens and closes.
