zoom
the shortcut for the zoom "space + Cmd + opt" is broken... It's a selection's tool which appears, I don't change my shurtcuts.

Illustrator CC 2018 Lines appear jagged, CPU / GPU shows no difference, simplifying path does not help, and anti-aliasing has been turned off.

Crash in Illustrator CC 2018 while using Wacom
After copy paste selected type tool, rotate tool and then again type tool with wacom. It resulted in crash on my mac.

artifacts that shouldn't be there
I've noticed that sometimes there will remain some random artefacts of after deleting anchors that are ordered in lines or curves around each other.
It will remain there, can't be selected, and even if the rest of the original form is removed, it still remain.
It is not shown after rendering the image though.
It occurs sometimes, and could be disturbing.Latest in CC 2018-01

Can’t select tools in tool groups, no dropdowns appear
When trying to select a tool underneath the main tool, nothing happens. Tools with arrows to select further will not "drop down" so i can select a different tool. So when trying to select the smooth tool from the sharper tool, it doesnt do anything whether i highlight over it or click and hold.

Trying to make a dotted (circles) line (2 pt. line with rounded caps) with 0 stroke and 3 gap.

Selection stroke non aligned with shape.
After last update, the stroke of selected objects seems shifted compared to shape outline about 1 pixel, while anchor point is centered.
When zoomed it's not well visible, but with small objects it's very annoying.2 votes -
Rotating Guides
After rotating a guide with any angle thats not a 90 degree one. Illistrator will not allow me to either rotate it again or move the angle guide. This feature does not work when zoomed in at at least 902% or higher. However, when I zoom out to at least 901% or small, it works normally again. This makes work a lot more time consuming constantly zooming in and zooming back out again.

Rotate via Transform Each incorrectly places reference point.
- Version: AI-CC 22.0.0
Steps taken:
Objects: Triangles with 1:1 height:width ratios. Stroked with stroke centered on vector and sharp corners.
Operation: Rotation via Transform Each command with a centered reference point.Expected result:
Since the vector was contained within a square bounding box (1:1 H:W), I expected the triangles to rotate without changing XY location.Actual result:
Rotations happened off-center, slightly moving the triangle toward the point that did not align with one of the bounding-box corners.
Additional Testing:
I tested the behavior of both the Rotate tool and the Rotate command with a centered reference point and they performed…2 votes -
rasterize losing detail
When rasterizing vectors mixed wither rasters detail is severely degraded.

Corners dialogue box deselects points when adjusting radius
When selecting multiple points in a shape and double clicking on a corner widget to bring up the Corners dialogue box, changing the corner type and rounding affects changes all the selected points. However, changing the radius effectively deselects the other points causing only the point associated with the widget that I double-clicked on to be affected.

Drawing Tablet not working properly after update
Since the 2018 update my drawing tablet that works properly with every other program on my system not requires me to press down abnormally hard to do anything at all in Illustrator. This is killing my work flow and I regret updating.

DELL Canvas /drawing issue
Can't use the pencil /brush in Illu cc2018 in order to paint on the DELL Canvas27. Nothing happens drawing on it, with mouse it works like it should! In 2017 no problems ... I got the win 10 fall creators update with the following patch btw...

why is the drawing tablet support removed from illustrator cc after illustrator cs6
include stlyus and drawing tablet support in illustrator cc.

Illustrator CC/Windows- When selecting multiple type boxes and lines it randomly deselects the group.
When trying to align un-grouped lines and text boxes, it will deselect before I am able to move anything. I've updated to the most current version available (21.0.2) and reset preferences and am still having the same issue.

create a hollow compound path with two rectanglesround one of the corners
make an off-centre reflection with either tool palette or from transform menu
the inner path gets reflected but the outer path only gets moved to where it is expected
the 'preview' is correct but when I release the mouse any path having at least one rounded corner gets rotated 90º clockwise2 votes -
Bounding box does not rotate correctly with certain elements
If you take two lines and make an X shape and group it, when rotating this shape (say 30%), the bounding box resets to straight up and down (as opposed to rotating with the X shape) so any further scaling of this shape will be off. In this case, the X will become asymmetrical with any further scaling. This is a new bug as previously versions of Illustrator kept the bounding box oriented as it was originally.
This is on a Mac with the latest Illustrator CC.

Trace tool freezes and then shuts down illustrator after installing update 28.4.1 and it takes Illustrator a long time to open up saved work

Mockup (Beta) in Illustrator not working due to PARM error
I am trying to use the Mockup (Beta) tool, and every time i get the "the operation cannot complete because of an unknown error [PARM]" message and the action cancels.
I'm attempting to mockup using a compound path and a png. I've updated and reinstalled both the app and the mockup installer. I've also tried using the newest and previous versions of Illustrator. I've also removed my preferences and still no luck.
Any ideas? I've used Mockup on this computer multiple times without error.
