  1. Print menu resets to default when loading Pantone colour book

Bug - Print menu resets to default when selecting a Pantone colour from any book
This in turn causes print tiling, page size etc. to disappear. Then have to return to print dialogue and set everything back to A3, page tiling etc.

Been persisting with this bug for over 6 months, very annoying.

  2. Printing to PDF = Can't print the illustration. File I/O error has occurred while it's printing

    Adobe Ilustrator CC 2017.1.0 Release

I have a 93in x 117in artboard which I am trying to print to PDF. I go to File > Print and choose "Adobe PDF" as printer. Illustrator starts saving the file then prompts me to say, "Can't print the illustration. File I/O error has occured while it's printing."

    Please help.

  3. Low resolution prints when using macOS Sierra

When printing artwork directly from Illustrator running on macOS Sierra (currently using 21.1.0) the prints look pixelated. This does not happen when printing the same file with the same settings on the same printer when Illustrator is running on Windows 10.

I can reproduce the effect with a Canon Pro-10S and a Canon Maxify 5150.

A workaround on macOS is to save the file as a pdf file and print it from Acrobat. Then the quality of the prints is good.

I attached a scanned example of the difference in print quality. The top part of the image shows the…
