Missing canvas
I used basically every option just to check if that'll help. I have no idea what I've done, it just disappeared when I was trying to delete all selections. It's still the same after restarting the program. Pls help. ;-;

New Document dialog box text fields - highlighting of text fails consistently
Illustrator 25.2.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Home
Selecting the 'Create New' button on home screen (without no documents opened).
When configuring the document on the right pane of the New Document dialog box, I expect to be able to (consistently) select text (e.g. width and height values) in the text fields by doing a press-and-drag to highlight it on the right pane of the dialog box.
However, I wasn't able to highlight the text in the New Document dialog box. Instead, I have to press Backspace on the keyboard to delete the default before I can change them. Several tests…

Artboard copying with hotkey [ bug ]
macOS Catalina 10.15.7
Illustrator 25.0.1- Select current artboard, option drag to copy
- Artboard moves instead of creating a copy
- When trying to undo, artboard returns to previous location while artwork remains in new location
- Required to press undo 5-10 times as artwork slowly inches its way back to the original artboard

Impossible de travailler sur mon espace de travail
Bonjour j'utilise un macbook pro 16'. J'observe une incapacité à travailler sur mon plan de travail depuis sa mise a jour.
Dès que je veux utiliser le pinceau ou même écrire sur le plan de travail, il disparait et devient une grande page blanche. Urgent.

Opening a v.24 file with v.25.2 illustrator doesn't work properly.
I have to go ''file'' then ''open'' and after a long period of time (way longer than usual) it opens the files. If I click directly on file icon: it says corrupted file.

anchor point position
Hello !
So, the issue is with the anchor point placement on the Art-board. At one stage the bug happens and i am not free to move my anchor points where i want,
or i create a new file and it happens from this moment on. It is not linked with any of the preferences, resolution, snap to grid etc.. i tried them all.So i have to find a previously created file where that doesn't happen, replace the vector content, resize my file and i 'm good to go.
When it happens i cannot : snap to point, snap…

Can't see the window with all the parameters when I create a new document
When I create a new document, I can't see the window with all the parameters (name, size, etc...) So I just can't create a new document! All I can do is open an old document, save a copy and erase everything to work in this document... I restarted my computer, installed the new version 25.2, nothing.

Import Multi Page PDF Font Outlined
Single page import retain font formatting but automatically outlined when multi page PDF imported. Can this be fix? thanks.

Artboard 3 showing up as 4
Artboard #3 has been consistently showing as with a 4 by it. Is this just a glitch on my system?

Please Select a Key in Current Document
When I attempt to align an object to a key object, I get an error stating Please select a Key in Current Document.
I only have one file open containing one artboard.
I've attempted to move the object I want aligned inside the artboard area as well and still get the same error.
I've attached a screenshot for reference.

Grosses lenteurs après la mise à jour Creative Cloud
Bonjour,
Depuis trois jours j'ai de grandes lenteurs d'affichage et d'exécution.
Par exemple lorsque je veux rendre un objet invisible dans ma palette de calques, il ne le fait que lorsque je bouge mon plan de travail.
Idem pour les déplacement d'objets, je ne vois la position finale que lorsque je bouge mon plan de travail.
La mise à jour des images entre Illustrator et Indesign ne se fait pas non plus.
Je dois réinsérer l'image sur Indesign afin de voir la mise à jour de l''image.J'ignore si c'est un problème de mise à jour Creative Cloud ou bien…

Get this resizing issue resolved ASAP please
I have installed the new AI product via cloud services....I can't resize any documents at all.
Please raise this very high as I'm sure it's effecting many cloud based users.

Files not opening
Files previously created in Illustrator 2021 are not opening with the recent updates.

Saved selections change names when copy-pasting into a new document
On Windows 10, using Illustrator 24.0.2.
When I create saved selections in one document, select all, and copy into a new document, I expect the same saved selections to be in the new document.
Instead, the saved selection names get mixed up randomly. So saved selection "Back" now might actually select what I had named "Pocket", etc.
(There is a perhaps related "bug" that when I duplicate an object that was in a saved selection, the new object is also in that saved selection, which is not what I want. But I haven't been able to find enough documentation to…

shift does not create square artboard, but uses previous proportions
illustrator 2020 - 24.2.3
mac os catalina 10.15.6in the newest version of illustrator, creating a new artboard while pressing shift just creates an artboard at the same dimensions as the previous one, rather than as a square. having to take the extra steps to manually type in exact square dimensions is a real time suck when i have to create many different sizes on one document. there should be a way to get that old setting back!
