Text missing in SVG files
This is the first time trying to use Illustrator since it updated to the newest version (23.0.1) and updating my Mac to High Sierra (10.14). I have previously used Illustrator to edit SVG files, specifically the text in those files. When I open similar SVG files in the new Illustrator, all of my text is missing. My computer is due for a small update which will go through later tonight but this seems like a bug within Illustrator. When I open the SVG in Photoshop 2019 and re-export it as a SVG, I am able to see the text in Illustrator when I import that file, but I can't select anything in the field since Photoshop's manipulated the original vectors. I really don't want to manually add in all my missing text, does anyone have any suggestions? On the picture, the left is a preview of the SVG and the text is visible. On the right, is the SVG in Illustrator with the text missing.
I'am using AI 24.3 on a Mac mini running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and when I try to 'export as SVG'...I can NOT get the text to export using 'Convert to outlines'....this is really critical and NOT working at all.
The TEXT is using a FONT installed on the machine as a User...Not adobe font even through I am using CC.
Shall I attach files?
Thanks a lot for sharing the SVG file with us. We will review the issue ASAP and get back to you.

This file doesn't show any text when opened in Illustrator 2019.
I am really sorry to hear that you have issues with opening the SVG file in Illustrator. Would it be possible to share the file in question with us? It would be great if you could either upload the SVG file here (maybe with .txt extension so that UserVoice accepts the file) or mail it to sharewithai (at) adobe dot com.
Thanks a lot for reporting the issue,

Occurred in Ilustrator newly downloaded to my PC running Microsoft 10. All the lines are present but none of the text when importing svgs
