Move locked and hidden artwork with artboard is checked but illustrator still won't move locked or hidden artwork!!
This is a bug. I have "Move locked and hidden artwork with artboard" checked but it's still warning me that it won't move the locked items and it's not moving them!

Freezing when copying object
Whenever I copy or cut an object (shapes, mostly) Illustrator freezes. Sometimes for 30+ seconds.
Windows 10. 32GB memory. It only started doing this a few months back, and it's getting worse.

Illustrator Not responding
Hi I'd like to report a bug that's been happening with my illustrator files, they've become very lagged and after ever move I make, its been coming up with Illustrator not responding and making it incapable to use, I've tried multiple ways to fix it but nothings happening, its a new laptop I've got tons of disk space and I've tried reinstalling and restarting but nothing is working I need to complete a school assignment by next week and I'm incapable of doing it because of this bug.

Huion Tablet and Windows Ink
I have the last version of Windows 11. Only on illustrator. I have a Huion tablet and the pen only has pressure when windows ink is activated. But as soon as windows ink is activated, it becomes almost impossible to click and drag any object with the pen, enter a group or chose a new tool (but no problem with the trackpad). So i have to chose between being able to work efficiently but drawing without pressure OR drawing with pressure but having debilitating lagging.
Is there a way to keep the pressure activated without activating windows ink ?

Heavy lag in Illustrator using Apple M2
I just installed Illustrator 28 on my brand new MacBook Pro M2 (16GB RAM, 512GB Storage), a pretty well specced machine. Mac OS Sonoma 14.0.
I'm experiencing heavy lags in multiple forms: When typing text, when moving paths or objects.
This happens when "View using GPU" is enabled. Without it the lag is gone, but other graphical bugs seem to occur, so this is not an option for too long.
I uninstalled AI and reinstalled it freshly, not keeping my settings to rule out this as a possible cause. Issue is still there.I need a fix as soon as…

Illustrator 27.9 not functioning even with the most simple tasks 2023
I get a spinning wheel on the simple task of tipping and trying to move a 4-letter word. The word doesn't follow my cursor. I outlined the word, and I can't move it or duplicate without getting the spinning wheel. I created a simple rectangle and I get the same. Change color, resize, duplicate with keyboard, the same. I closed all other apps, the same. Can't work with the app, it's useless. Please help.

Crashing on First Action in New Artboard
Program crashing as soon as I perform the first action in a new whiteboard. No warning, report, or otherwise. Just closes. Compatibility report shows no issues:

Adobe Express QR Code Keeps Crashing Illustrator
I was working on a poster and needed a QR Code. I built a code in Adobe Express, saved it as SVG file, and opened it, along with my poster, in Illustrator. Every time I tried to copy the QR Code to paste it on my poster, Illustrator crashed. I tried re-doing the code, saving it as different file types, etc. When I recreated the QR Code in a different program, it worked perfectly.

GPU Preview Disables GPU Preview & Crashes erase Embedded Files
Running Illustrator 27.8.1 on macOS Ventura 13.5.1

32 GBEvery now and then Illustrator switches to CPU Preview and disables GPU Preview. This can be fixed (most of the time) by saving, closing the file, and re-opening it.
Somewhat related, Illustrator crashes daily, and when opening the recovered file, all embedded images are either invisible, black, or turn into noise. When looking at the "Links" panel, those files show up as 0 bytes in size.
Weirdly enough, general performance is fine.

Big ugly black square in the middle of my picture.
Every time I open a PDF version of my image, Illustrator adds a big ugly black square right in the middle of my picture, and there doesn't appear to be a quick way to remove it.

Arrow keys just stop working in Illustrator 2023 Mac
Since the last update to 27.7 on my Mac (Monterey 12.6.7), the arrow keys just stop working, andI have to quit and relaunch Illustrator to get them to work again.

unresponsive after remote desktop disconnection
While using AI (2023, Windows) via remote desktop, AI becomes unresponsive and must be force-quit each time the RDP connection drops.
To reproduce:
- Connect remotely to Windows
- Start AI
- Break network connection

GPU performance enabled, but Illustrator is still using CPU at 100%?
Greetings, I have a 4070 ti and an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x (12 core) with 64 gb of RAM config, windows 11 machine. I have resetted the config files (deleted all the folders there), whenever I open a project that has 3d materiales and objects in it, illustrator refuses to use my GPU, despite having all the relevant boxes ticked in preferences. Colourproof is not available (OS 10.15.7 / AI 27.4.1) as preview mode in RGB or CMYK – doesn´t matter. tested various documents.

Object editing actions stop working
Some actions stop working without reason. Sometimes I can't rearrange objects or even duplicate. That includes the Keyboard shortcuts for those actions. I need to restart Illustrator for it to work again.

PC performance issues when using the Shape Builder tool on dxf files (or vector format).
When using the shape builder tool against a dxf file (or vector format), the CPU usage is not high and not working.
When using Simplify on a dxf file (or vector format) to reduce the number of paths, the CPU usage increases to approximately 100%, confirming that the CPU is working correctly.
This behavior makes sense since the calculations are done by the CPU since it is a vector format.However, when using the shape builder tool, the CPU and GPU functions are not used.
I was checking the resource monitor and the CPU and GPU usage was about 3%~5%.1 vote -
PLEASE FIX THE BUG THAT KEEPS FREEZING AND CRASHING THE APP WITHOUT SAVING
I have an HP Pavilion using the latest version of Adobe illustrator and ever since the update it has been constantly crashing without saving and when it finally works, certain items have disappeared but by time I am halfway done fixing it and crashes again losing all progress.

Zooming on macOS 13.2.1 (22D68) and Illustrator 27.3.1 (and previous version) is h-e-l-l
When zooming in with my Apple Trackpad (external but also with the build in one) zoom is not smooth and lags. MacBook Pro M1 Max. My colleague didn't experience this while being on the latest Illustrator version, until they updated to the latest macOS version (from 12 to 13, Intel MacBook Pro). So my assumption there is a compatibility issue over there with macOS. The experience while zooming with GPU is normally smooth, but now it is worse then zooming in CPU mode. Changing, rebooting and reinstalling didn't work.
