Export to EMF file causes Crash
When exporting files as EMF, application crashes. I had to install older version of Illustrator to get this function back.

Unable to save Illustrator file as svg using artboards
We use Illustrator to draw lots of icons.
If we place each iocn on an artboard and try to save each artboard to a file by selecting Save as -> svg -> use artboards -> all,
we expect multiple icons to be saved to multiple svg files.We actually get multiple svg files, but each svg contains all layer names from the original file and one svg icon.
It would be very helpful, if manual cleanup after saving / exporting wasn't necessary.

Illustrator cc2019(v23.0) テキストをアウトライン化すると元の位置からズレる
テキストを効果→パスの変形→変形で回転したものを、アウトライン化すると元の位置からズレます。フォントのサイズが大きいほどズレが大きいようです。
印刷会社へ入稿する際や、納品する場合も必ずアウトライン化したファイルを作成するので、このズレは致命的です。

Eydropper tool applies a transparent or white aspect to my object. Yet my options are well set and there is no style on my source object.

Cannot Scale Images or Text
As I'm illustrating on Illustrator, I cannot scale images or text suddenly. I would uninstall and re-install the program to get rid of the bug, but it keep returning randomly. I do not hit or click on any key or button to make this happen. Every time is comes back on its own unprovoked.
It happens on both my work and home macbook.
A text box, for example would be too small for the copy inside it, but I cannot expand the box because the box seems to be frozen in its exact shape.

Keyboard shortcut for Offset path changes automatically
I use offset path a lot in my work, so I have set a keyboard shortcut for it. cmd+shft+Å. This has worked always, until now.
Now I cant even see the Obejct - Path - Offset path in keyboard shortcut setting panel. Still I see that this function has a shortcut, but not the one I have set. See pictures.
Now I noticed, that system changes the keyboard setting that i've made to Effect - Path - Offset path.
Is thee a way around, or is this something that I'll need to wait to be fixed?

making postscript file
i working with illustrator from cs4 and cs5.
in cs5 version of illustrator when i print my artwork to a postscript file with the generic post script driver, the default path for saving file was the path of saved current document or latest saved location, and that was very good and time saver for me.
but in CS6 and later versions, the default location for save file is "this pc" or my computer ...
and this is very time vested process.

Paragraph styles not properly justifying
I'm using the latest updated version of CC on mac High Sierra 10.13.6
When I just use the justify option in the paragraph window, the type will justify properly, but when I've tried to create a paragraph style, the type hangs outside of the text box, no matter what I do.
Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is this a bug issue? And if so, any workarounds? I'm working on a file that needs a lot of type, and Illustrator is preferred over InDesign (which I've never had a problem with).

recent mojave update 10.14.3 causing odd illustrator behavior?

Legacy blur lost when pasting into a new document.
An object with a legacy blur loses it's setting when copying and pasting into a new document. The blur is still listed in appearance, but there is no value and effectively no blur.

Video Rulers not correct (and useless ;-)
While I don't really need the Video Rulers , they do not seem to work well. (Rulers are a quite skeuomorphic tool anyway, since with Ai we can place everything numerically)
The horizontal axis does not reflect the horizontal pixelnumbers, illustrated in the screenshot, where a 1920 wide artboard is shown to have 1440 pixels in the width by the ruler. Maybe due to some non square pixel setting. Confusing and unneeded?

Export for screen distorts rotated images at upscaled resolutions
Using export for screen with resolution greater than 1x creates nasty shearing on rotated images. See attached file. It looks like there is no interpolation at all. The source file is much larger than the output file, as you can see in the illustrator window, so this should not be an issue.

Smart Guides - Center point not usable
When Smart Guides are enabled, the Center point of an object is shown, when hovered over the edges of the object, but it dissappears (and doesn't snap) when trying to hover over the Center point itself.

Releasing Layer Mask issues, Window placement
Sorry—forgot to give you my system last time: Mac OS 10.12.6, AI 23.0.1
1) When I create a layer mask that includes clipping masks within, there are problems releasing the layer mask.
a) using the Layers panel Make/Release Button releases some of the clipping masks within. (see attached movie)

tool tips pop up
Using windows 10 on dell xps15. tool tips pop up appears and then i cant make it go away.. i've disabled the tool tips in the preferences menu but it hasnt made any difference. Is this a bug or something to do with my system?

Unable to select individual anchor point to move
I was trying to fill a shape with an object but can't select and move individual points to create the custom shape i'm looking to make. It just moves everything even if I have the other layers locked
