[25.3.1 macOS]Photoshopで作成したpsd画像に日本語のクリッピングパスが使用されていると、Illustratorに配置してもクリッピングパスが反映されない 再現手順
Photoshop v21.2.9(2020)やv22.2(2021)など日本語のクリッピングパスでの不具合がないバージョンで、日本語のクリッピングパスを適用したpsd画像を作成。
Illustrator v25.3.1(2021)で、1で作成した画像を配置するとクリッピングパスが適用されずに配置される。Photoshopでクリッピングパスを欧文にすれば、Illustrator v25.3.1でクリッピングパスが適用された状態で配置される。なおIllustrator v24.3および v25.2.3ではこの不具合は再現されませんでした。※photoshopで作成した画像フォーマットが、eps,tiff.pdfの場合はこの不具合は再現されませんでした。
動作環境
macOS Big Sur バージョン11.4

Illustrator 2021（ver.25.3.1）で発生していた、Photoshop（v21.2.9 や v22.2 など）の日本語名のクリッピングパスでの不具合がないバージョンの PSD ファイルでも、日本語名のクリッピングパスが認識されない問題の修正が完了し、Illustrator 2021（ver.25.4.1）をリリースいたしました。
Creative Cloud デスクトップアプリケーションから、製品版のアップデートが可能となっておりますので、お確かめください。
もし、Illustrator 2021（ver.25.2.3）と同じ結果が得られないような場合は、コメントをお願いいたします。

Photoshop 2021 が ver.22.5 にアップデートされ、日本語パス名の文字化け問題が修正されました。
Illustrator でもクリッピングパスが正しく認識されます。

Illustrator 2022 Ver 26.0.1: Freezes/Crashes on Exit Illustrator 2022 works fine, launches as usual. Yet when exiting the software, no matter if used or not, it freezes. The only way to properly exit the app is via Task Manager: End Process.
Software has already been stress tested, cleaned up and reinstalled. Issue doesn't persist in previous version.

Objects Fill Color (Global/Spot) removed when changing any of the stroke property I have multiple objects selected with the same stroke colour and different fill colours. I change the stroke colour and the fill colour of all selected objects change to none. Using Illustrator 25.3 on Mac 10.4.6.

Opacity mask editing mode is broken, changes made are not visible unless Clip / Invert option is selected I am experiencing a very new issue with Illustrator: when I draw something upon an opacity mask, the effect is not shown in real time.
Never happened something similar before.
I'm trying different settings with CPU preview, and also the relevant flag in the preferences (Draw and modify in real time, under "Performance" tab, hte last line) but does not seem to affect.
This has been happening since the latest update.

オブジェクトの寸法数値の表示がおかしい イラストレーター2021の長方形ツールで数値入力して四角形を作成し、四角形の寸法数値を確認したところ、ウィンドウ上部に表示された数値と、変形ウィンドウ内に表示された数値が異なる。

File seems to be permanently stuck in isolation mode resulting in many objects being unselectable Basically was doing a simple school project activated isolation mode and deactivated it quickly while doing this the application became unresponsive and crashed and the recovered file still had this effect persist with only one line selectable It cannot be turned off

There is a Bug with this Bug Report. Trying to submit a bug within this bug report produces an error. However after refreshing the page you will see that it did actually submit the post. So the error message screen is not accurate.
2 votesThe UserVoice support claims it is fixed now. So far no more new duplicates noticed, but please do comment if you still get them. We try to track and merge all of them.

プリセット Illustratorのバージョン:25.2.3
使用デバイス:Mac book pro（mac OS,M1）・新規作成の際にプリセットが出ず、テンプレートのみ出てくる
新規ドキュメントを作成の際、通常であれば印刷やwebなどさまざまな媒体に合わせたプリセットが出てくるはずだが、それが一切出てこない。テンプレートの提案のみ出てくる。
パソコンの再起動、アプリのアンインストールや、creative cloudのログアウトなどを行っても改善されず。
非常に困っています。検索しても解決法が見当たりません。よろしくお願いいたします。

常時 ctrl+Shift+Alt+D のデフォルトショートカットキーが効かない3.

ctrl+D は作動する
ctrl+alt+Dも作動する試しにカスタムショートカットキーで再登録しようとしたら

Illustrator 24.1 metric precision broken So there was a new release Illustrator 24.1 the other day which I installed. Unfortunately, it looks like the engineers messed up and semi-broke the conversion routines from inches or whatever measurement is used internally to the metric units displayed to me as the user.
What used to be displayed as nice whole numbers or up to a maximum of three decimals, is now never an even number and always displayed with four decimals. Just to take an example, a dimension clearly intended to be precisely 10 mm is now displayed as say 9.9998 mm or 10.0003 mm.

new update (v25.1) hangs when I select all text Hi, when I select all text objects in a file (Select>Object>All text objects), Illustrator hangs and I have to force quit. We have all had to revert to V24.3

ILLUSTRATOR 2020 CRASHES ON SCRIPTS - SYMLINK - APPLE Hi, We are using with our company the folder Scripts (Presets Illustrator) that is connected to a Cloud folder with a Symbolic Link (Apple) = Production workflow. It allways worked in previous versions but after installing Illustrator 2020 - Illustrator allways crashed when you go to main menu "File". Can you give us a solutions for this! Urgent issue for us !

Action using the transform panel will not keep settings after restart of Illustrator I created action that use the TRANSFORM panel, when closing and restarting iIllustrator the action gives the error THE OBJECT "ALIGNEMENT" IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. Action does work under Illy CC 2018 (version 22.1).

Bug: Illustrator 22.1 Not Usable Since Mojave Update Mojave update on latest Illustrator CC version 22.1
Basic usage of Illustrator
Use Illustrator normally
Random mouse clicks, movements etc making illustrator unusable. It's as if the interface and cursor just has a mind of its own sometimes. Even happening with Illustrator CS6 - Photoshop and InDesign CC have no issues at all.

Freeze on First File Opened if it has Missing Fonts Illustrator CC version 22.1
OS: Windows 10 Pro, version 18031) Launch Illustrator
2) Open Ai file
3) If the first file I open after launching Ai has missing fonts the program freezes before it populates the missing fonts dialogue box. I have to force quit the application from task manager and relaunch.Any subsequent files that are opened after the first file do not have this issue regardless of missing fonts. Moving objects - error message "can't move the object" I'm working with vectors and type. Since the update to CC2018, at random moments and in multiple files, I'll select a vector object and select some text, then try to move them, and I'll receive the error message "Can't move the objects. The requested transformation would make some objects too large". The problem is going to force me to revert back to the 2017 version of Illustrator - please make sure this is fixed ASAP. See attached screen grab.

Recolor artwork window stops working shortly after opening (Illustrator CC2018) Im using Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 on macOS High Sierra (10.13.2).
I'm trying to recolor my artwork but the window accessed via Edit colors > recolor Artwork freezes shortly after using it.Everything remains responsive except that when I click any part of the window there is no response from Illustrator. I can still move the window around but cannot exit it. The OS doesn't recognize it as a crash (no "not responding" message).
I've been working on the same document in Illustrator CC 2017, recoloring worked fine in then.
Any idea how to fix this?
