Illustrator 22.1 crashes on quit
Every time I close illustrator the application stops responding and I have to close through the task manager. I've already tried to delete preferences and install the application again. The problem occurred after upgrading Windows 10 to April update 2018.
My configuration
Windows 10 1803 (build 17134.1)
Illustrator 22.1

Cuando coloco algunas imágenes (JPG, JPEG, etc.) Me aparece el mensaje escrito en el título "No se pudo leer el archivo debido a un error". Qué pasa!!, no entiendo? ayuda por favor, necesitó trabajar con las imágenes que no me permite abrir AI.

no es posible establecer el numero máximo de archivos que se deben abrir
Al abrir mi Illustrator me aparece un mensaje de error "no es posible establecer el numero máximo de archivos que se deben abrir illustrator", esto ocurrió de un día a otro, el día anterior lo cerré normalmente, apagué mi mac y al día siguiente al abrir el programa me apareció ese mensaje.
¿Que debo hacer?

Illustrator Distortion of Template and final art
Yesterday morning or 3 prepress PC opened a billboard template, and it appeared distorted (Sketch Look). We checked all preferences and setting in both Illustrator and Windows and found no problems. Had artist build the billboard anyway. When the art was checked the numbers on the top and sides of the board extended beyond the live and bleed area. When doubled clicked on they came back within normal parameters. We check all Billboard templates with the other 3 prepress PCs and had no issues with the templates. Selection tool Lagging and moving objects on click- High Sierra (macOS 10.13)
I have been an illustrator user since 2000.
After this most recent update I noticed that when I use the Selection Tool (V) . The item, image, line, vector group, no matter what I click, begins to lag and then automatically jumps to the location of my mouse, Thought I simply clicked the item to select it and then moved my mouse, not clicked and dragged. The object reacts as though I clicked and dragged, so I am forced to select an object, let the bug run it's course, and then hit cmd +Z to undo the unintentional move.

Surface pen doesn't work anymore
It stopped working after the latest updates from either MS or Adobe. It worked fine before and now it doesn't.
Problems go from panning instead of drawing in Photoshop, to not drawing at all or at certain (unspecific) intervals.

When using pathfinder crop my system locks up and has to be closed down.
I am using pathfinder to crop and it has only worked a handful of times. The other times it locks up and program has to be restarted and it is VERY time consuming. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Crashing immediately when opened
I have not been able to use Illustrator 2018 for over a week now. I am using High Sierra and I have checked all the updates. I can't open from a file or directly from the toolbar. I have sent a few crash reports but to no avail.

Align to artboard not working for svgs added through File/Place
I added an svg to use (with File/Place) and wanted it to be centered. After clicking to align to artboard and clicking the Horizintal Align Center button it never actually centers. It moves a bit each click until it stops working all together (almost parabolic as seen in the attached gif).
Everything worked fine on objects created from within that file

Illustrator 22.1 crashes on quit. (Mac OS X 10.11.6 on MacBook Pro i7 Late 2011)
The latest Update to Version 22.1 won't work properly on my computer. Everytime I finish work and quit Illustrator, the programm crashes and freezes on exit screen, endlessly showing the rotating, colored ball (mouse pointer).
I have to force quit, no other way to get around.

Unselctable and undo glitch
When I go to select a shape or text item sometimes the bounding box disappears. Even when I go to show bounding box (command + Shift + B) the issue isn't resolved. I don't do anything different and it seems to happen randomly. I have to restart illustrator to fix it but sometimes that doesn't.
Once the bounding box disappears I cannot track the type and if I move an item it goes back to its org place.
Additionally, when I hit undo rather than going back one action it will go back 4 or 5 actions. This only happens…

Rasterizing artwork Overprints being discarded
When you rasterize art that has overprints the overprints are being discarded.
Illustrator CC2018 22.1

Placing/updating AI file links in INDD after update takes a very very very long time.
After updating AI and INDD, placing AI files into INDD is taking a very long time. I made an update to an AI file that was placed into an existing INDD files that contains 13 placed AI files. I only updated a few of the linked AI files. Prior to the AI and INDD update, updating these placed links took a few seconds each max. Now, just to update the two links takes about 2 minutes.
This MAY be an AI bug, but I don't know how make that determination as I updated bothat the same time.

Vector shapes show as black
When opening an .ai file on one particular PC in our workplace (a file that was created on a different PC) most of the vector shapes show as black-filled shapes.
We have multiple copies of Illustrator (all version 22.0.1 (64-bit) in our workplace and on every other PC the artwork displays properly (with no black shapes).
Turning on 'Overprint Preview' on the troublesome PC fixed the issue.
On every other PC turning this option on or off has no effect.
If we create a new file in Illustrator on this troublesome PC then we don't experience any problems?

I am using CC 2018 and it is up to date. Illustrator randomly quits when saving file. When I hit command + s, Adobe will randomly quit. Has done it twice today. A few more times the last few days.

Illustrator Crashing when opening files
When I'm working in Illustrator and I have another file I want to open, I'll double-click open a file and Illustrator will stop responding. I'll need to quit using the task manager and open the files again.
I had a work-around of opening a file from File > Open, but now that just crashed my illustrator file as well.
I'm working on Windows 10. Unfortunately I can't share my files, but it's been happening across several projects. Can't pin-point a specific issue.

Illustrator freezes - must close using Task Manager
Illustrator freezes, menus not accessible and/or if they open, it is blank. I can still select items on the artboard, but cannot use anything in menus and tools. Once Illustrator freezes, I cannot close unless I use the Task Manager.

Illustrator has crashed twice in the past hour (and multiple times today)
I was editing lines in this document and it keeps crashing. Not sure why... Any help would be appreciated! I was moving lines from one layer into another when it crashed just now. Thanks!

Several Illustrator 22.0.1 Issues with High Sierra Update
The issues keep surfacing after the OS High Sierra update making my job increasingly difficult and frustrating. Issues ranging from bounding boxes not working to the inability to modify/click on text. Also, I find that I sometimes after some design and then saving the project, the layout switches back on all the changes that I made, after saving is complete. I'll close the file, reopen, and the changes appear as they should have. Crashing is also an issue, seems "minor" compared to these other problems.
