画像を置き換えで配置すると、操作がおかしくなる 私だけですか？例えば、WEB製作中、スライダーの画像をいくつか選ぼうとします。１つマスクをかけて、作成します。
それをコピーして、一つは候補として置いておき、１つの画像を選択し、候補の画像を入れ替えます。ほぼ、１回、前回は２回でそれ以降、イラレがスムーズに機能しなくなります。
WEB制作で仕事で使っているので非常に困惑しています。

Illustrator crashes when cropping an image. When trying to crop an embedded image, Illustrator instantly crashes. It is very annoying, fix that please.

Linked Files Crop changing when reopening a file I linked .ai files placed with a "bounding box" crop from the import options. When this file with the linked file is closed and reopened, the links already placed automatically switch to a "media" crop. This causes the linked file to appear much smaller.

Illustrator 27.0.1 does not recognize JPG format (then locks file) Problem:
Illustrator 27.0.1
DRAG - DROP any JPG format image into Illustrator and the attached error occurs. The image must be RENAMED to "JPEG" for Illustrator to recognize it, however, when attempting to rename the image its locked by illustrator.1 vote -
Object being selected without mouse even being over said object I really don't know how to best describe this issue, but an object placed in my file is being selected when I click within a radius around the object, but not actually on it. It's a very strange issue and makes it difficult for me to select things around the object.

preview for tif images does not change after embedding I use Illustrator 2023 27.0 on Mac book pro with macOS Monterey Version 12.5. When placing tif images the preview shows a low resolution image (individual pixels are blurry). This should normally be corrected once the image is embedded. But in the case of tif images this does not work it stays in the preview stage even after embedding. However, when printed it shows the correct image. Therefore there seems to be a bug which does not show the correct state of tif images after embedding. This bug is specific for tif images since it does not show the same…

PNG BITMAP I'm having a problem with the PNG bitmap, in Illustrator 2021 the image background was automatically transparent after import. However, in version 2023, the background is solid or not transparent.

Image appears different in review link than in illustrator desktop app When I share my illustrator design through the BETA share option one of my graphics displays differently through the link than it does in Illustrator. See screenshot. Image from the review link and image in the actual illustrator file.

Links Placement Options does not preserve file dimensions after DRAGGING image into AI file Hi. The Links panel>>>Placement Options>>>Preserve File Dimensions does not work for linked images that are placed by dragging files into the Illustrator document. Preserve File Dimensions does work when using the Place file menu option or keyboard shortcut. We have a client that drags files into our master AI file. They prefer to work this way, and we are trying to prevent scaling. Has anyone run into this issue?

Bounding box transforms while rotating Depending on rotation of linked file the bounding box scales extra large. No groups. Linked PSD file. Windows 10, Illustrator 25.0.1.

Image Trace Bug? Every single image I trace and expand causes this effect. Is there a way to get rid of it?

Image trace distorts the image Image trace creates a transparent line around the image so when added to swatches, the image doesn't go together. There is a transparent line around the swatch

Linked images opening in Photoshop by accident Especially big files (exhibition walls etc.) operate so slowly that it often happens by accident that linked images open in Photoshop - although no double-click on the photo ever happened. I'd like to be able to turn off the image opening by double-click. If I want to edit images, I do this via the links panel.

Image moves after embedding Embed image moves the image. See video.......again..
Effects (mirror horizontally and vertically) had been applied to 3 of the instances.
Win10, v22.1, 4k high DPI scaling 200%.
This is apparently the only way to work with a singe path with more instances. Drop it in the cc library and re-place it again. That alone is just sad. Ever seen how SketchUp works? Please let me know if there is a normal way of doing this.
Another hour wasted. How can anybody possibly work with this buggy pile of ****.
