  1. 合成フォントを使うとaiファイルのPDFデータが空白になる

    「PDF互換ファイルを作成」をチェックONにして保存したaiファイルには「ネイティブデータ」と「PDFデータ」の2種類の異なるデータが格納されています。

    Illustrator環境設定「ファイル管理 > バックグラウンドで保存／書き出し」をONにして合成フォントを使うと、aiファイルの「PDFデータ」が空白（PDFのコンテンツストリームが空）になってしまう場合があります。なお「ネイティブデータ」は正常に保存されます。

    ●PDFデータの確認方法
    拡張子「ai」を「pdf」に変更してAcrobatで開く。拡張子「ai」のままAcrobatで開いてはいけない。
    または、InDesignドキュメントにリンク配置する。
    または、macOSならクイックルックで表示する。

    再現手順

    ●前準備
    1. Illustratorを起動
    2. 環境設定「ファイル管理」の「バックグラウンドで保存」「バックグラウンドで書き出し」をチェックONにする
    3. 合成フォントをすべて削除する
    ●再現操作
    1. 新規ドキュメントを作成
    2. 合成フォントを新規作成
    3. テキストツールで文字を入力
    4. 2の合成フォントを3に適用する
    5. ファイル保存
    6. 合成フォントの設定を変更する（ウェイト変更など）
    7. ファイル保存

    2020（24）は5の時点でアラートが表示される。
    2021（25）は5の時点でアラートが表示される。
    2022（26）は5の時点でアラートなく保存されPDFデータが空白になる。

    2023（27）は7の時点でアラートなく保存されPDFデータが空白になる。

    対処方法

    環境設定「ファイル管理」の「バックグラウンドで保存」「バックグラウンドで書き出し」をチェックOFFにする。ただし抑止はされるが完全に防止できるわけではない。

  2. Bullets and Numbering characters disappear when outlining font

    As per my title - If I use bullets and numbering in a text box, when I outline the text in the text box the bullets and numbering completely disappear.

  3. Type on path positioning is now quantized and not smooth

    Take a look at the GIF.

    In Illustrator 2022 users were able to position start and end marker brackets with practically infinite precision, smoothly, even for a long, single-bezier path.

    In 2023 these markers are quantized to 0.005 increments! For a long, single-bezier path, this creates laughably large steps (like, almost the width of an entire glyph).
    Note that the quantization is per bezier segment, so if you put text on a path that has many anchor points, it won't be as noticeable. But adding loads of points to a path makes it much less editable later, of course, so…

  4. Bullet list cannot be disabled

    No matter how the bullet list is set up in Preferences > Type, Illustrator will always make a list after typing the characters +, * ,# , - followed by a space. https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/automatic-bulleted-amp-numbered-lists-while-typing-bug/m-p/13315015#M341830

  5. BUG - Kann Umlaute ü und ö nicht per Tastatur eingeben

    Seit dem Update auf Illustrator 25.4 kann ich die Umlaute "ü" und "ä" nicht auf der Tastatur eingeben. Es wird einfach nichts eingetippt.

    Habe die vorherige Version 25.3.1 installiert und es ging wieder.

    Bitte dringend patchen!!!

  6. Problem with Type on a Path after ver. 26.1 update

    Prior to updating Adobe Illustrator to ver. 26.1, a drawing with Type on a Path appears as it should. After the update, the text is positioned in a different place along the path. This is confirmed on a second computer. The same file opened on the second computer prior to the update appears normal, and after the update, the text is shifted.

  7. I can't comment on the "č" key after the update

    After today's update to version 26.0 I have the same problem with key "č". Others work without a problem.

  8. 異なるバージョンで、文字の間に「ー」が出現する

    1　v25.2で、テキストボックス内に「株式会社○○○」と打つ
    2　v26.0.1で開くと、「株式会社ー○○○」のように、テキストに全角ハイフンが現れました。

  9. テキストの半角スペースに点が現れる

    Ver 25.3.1 windows

    25.3.1にバージョンアップすると突然テキストの半角スペースにピリオドが現れました。

    1.　テキストに半角スペースを打つ
    2.　テキストに線幅を入れて縁取りにする
    3.　その線の線端を丸型線端にする

    するとスペース部分に点が現れます。テキストをアウトライン化すると消えますが、そのままPDF書き出しすると残ります。

  11. When using optical type feature, since the update it displays the type as if it has no spaces?

    Running version 25.3 on illustrator.

    16.21 indesign.

    Since updating me and a few people i know who also use the software across indesign and illustrator have seen when using the optical type feature, it displays the type as if it has no spaces? Type treatment is thrown off to what is traditionally correct. Please fix this! This will have a massive knock on affect with branding agencies if rules are changing regarding such simple things.

  12. 文字パネル内でピリオド入力ができない。

    1.OSとAdobe Illustratorのバージョン
    Mac OS Monterey12.0.1/Illustrator26.0.2

    2.問題が発生したときに実行していた手順
    文字パネル内でフォントサイズや行送りなどの調整で小数点を指定する際に.（ピリオド）を入力しても反映されず、整数のみの数字として認識されてしまいます。

    1. Macの「システム環境設定＞言語と地域」で、優先が「日本語」になっているかを確認。
    2. 右下の「詳細」をクリックして、通貨の単位設定が「通貨＝日本円」、さらにカンマとピリオドが正しく設定。
    3. 上記を正しく設定し、再起動する。

  13. Ver 23.3, When character unit is Q, spin button does not work properly with font size of character panel and control

    Version : 24.3
    OS : Windows and macOS

    1. Set the unit character to series (Q) in the environment settings
    2. Create point text and area text
    3. Change the font size of the character panel or control with the spin button.

    In this operation, the spin button does not work properly, and the size can be changed only within a specific range based on the character size at the time of selection.
    In the property panel, it works normally.
    Even if you enter it directly, a value with decimal will be entered instead of the entered value.
    Other units are normal.

  15. 同一ファイル内にドキュメントをドラッグ＆コピーした時にコピー元のドキュメントのテキストスレッドに異常が発生する件

    CC2022を使用しています。
    テキストスレッドで作成したレイヤーを含むファイル内で、ドラッグ＆コピーで新規のドキュメントを作成すると、コピー元のドキュメントのテキストスレッドの最後に文章が勝手に追加されてしまう現象が発生しました。（コピーした方のドキュメントのテキストスレッドには異常は出ないです。）

    検証では、以下のような結果となりました。

    • 提供いただいたデータで再現確認ができました。
    • 新規ドキュメントで同様のデータを作成しても、再現ができませんでした。
    • 提供いただいたデータを別のドキュメントにコピー＆ペーストし、アートボードの複製を行っても再現できませんでした。
    • 関連しない他のデータでは問題が発生しない。

    こちらは、データ依存の問題と思われますので、対応完了とさせていただきます。

    再現方法などのアップデートがありましたら、ご報告いただければと存じます。

  16. テキスト操作時のIビームの点滅が早すぎる

    Illustrator 26.0 (Intel/Ja_JP)
    macOS10.15.7

    テキスト入力時のIビームのフリッカが強すぎる。Tツールにてマウスカーソルを移動し挿入点を変更した際に特に早くなります。現象の動画を添付します。
    入力時はカーソル付近を注視するため図形明滅刺激の影響による健康被害の発生につながる可能性もあります。ver.25の仕様に戻していただきたいと思います。
    また、M1でも同様の挙動との報告を受けております。

  17. 行間値が表示されない

    環境: M1 Mac mini OS 12.1 / Illustrator 26.0.2

    内容:

    行間値が表示されなくなります。たまに治る時があります。
    テキストブロックの行間は全て同じ値にしていてもすべてのテキストボックスで行間値が非表示になります。行間を変更したときに表示されるので、それで値の確認をしています。

  18. Type — Different Opacity Settings Not Displayed (GPU Preview)

    AI Version: 25.2
    OS: MacOS 11.2.1
    Using GPU Preview

    Problem:

    • With some type selected, edit the text and change the Opacity of only some letters.
    • Note that those characters do not look changes.
    • Switch to CPU Preview and note that the Opacity of those letters now display as expected.

  19. Numbers disappear in text box when creating outlined text

    On illustrator CC 2020 updated windows 10
    creating a text box with text and numbers.
    Aligning paragraph direction in right to left (middle eastern text alignment)
    Right click on text box
    Create outlines
    The numbers will disappear
    In the attached file there is a live text and an outlined one when the numbers disappeared

  20. 文字の整列を実行すると、文字がドキュメントの端に移動する

    1.Windows10　Illustrator CC ｖ25.2.3
    2.オブジェクトの整列を左揃えにするとドキュメントの左端に移動してしまう。
    3.現状の位置で整列してほしい。
