アートボードパネルで選択を外したアートボードがアクティブになる

Illustrator ver.30.3アートボードパネルで選択状態からクリックして選択を外すとアクティブなアートボードになる。選択を外す操作の場合は該当アートボードをアクティブにするべきではない。
再現手順
1.新規ドキュメントを開きアートボードを２つ追加する。この状態では３つ目のアートボードがアクティブになる。
2.アートボードパネル上でShiftキーを押しながら２つ目、１つ目のアートボードを順番に選択する。ここまでで、アクティブなアートボードは１つ目になる。
3.アートボードパネル上では３つのアートボードが選択された状態となっている。
4.Commandキーを押しながら２つ目のアートボードをクリックする。アートボードパネル上では２つ目のアートボードの選択が解除されるが、クリックされた２つ目のアートボードがアクティブになる。
アートボードパネル上では１つ目と３つ目が選択された状態であるが、２つ目のアートボードがアクティブになることで、実質的には３つのアートボードが全て選択された状態になる。
この状態で前面へペーストを行うと全てのアートボードにペーストされる。期待する結果
アートボードパネルで選択を外したアートボードをアクティブにしない。実際の結果

When you click a selected item in the Artboards panel to deselect it, that artboard becomes active. Deselecting an item should not make that artboard active.Steps to reproduce
1. Open a new document and add two artboards. In this state, the third artboard becomes active.
2. In the Artboards panel, hold down the Shift key and select the second and first artboards in that order. Now, the first artboard becomes active and In the Artboards panel, all three artboards are selected.

Color panel does not cycle Tab focus, causing all panels to be hidden. on MacOs
Illustrator version: 2026 (30.2.1/30.3)
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new document.
- Open the Color panel (Window > Color).
- Click on the first numeric input field (e.g., C value in CMYK mode).
- Press Tab repeatedly to move focus through the fields.
Expected result:
Focus cycles through all input fields within the Color panel — after reaching the last field, Tab returns focus to the first field, keeping focus inside the panel. This is how other panels (e.g., Character, Transform) behave.
Actual result:

Keyboard Increment field in Preferences no longer gets focused when dialog opens, new Search field does
Unrequested extra Search function in the Preferences window in update 29.7
I (and many others) were eagerly awaiting the update because the jumping fonts were a nightmare on the production floor! But who asked for an extra search function in the preferences window? Now I have to press Tab 4 times before I can quickly adjust my Keyboard Increment. As an artworker, I use this function about 10 times a day, so that's an extra 40 times pressing Tab (approximately 800 times a month)... why, why, why?38 votesReported as fully fixed in general 29.8 build.

1. Illustratorを起動して、新規ドキュメントを開き、アートボード上に矩形を描く。
2. コントロールバーのWをクリックしてパネルを展開する。
3. Wの欄に数値を入力し、タブキーでHに移る。
4. リンクアイコンがアクティブになっているにも関わらずWとHの数値がリンクしない。親元のコントロールバーでは正常にリンクしている。期待する結果
リンクアイコンの表示どおりWとHの値がリンクする。実際の結果
片方の入力にもう一方が追随しない。代替の手順。
数字を入力する前にアクティブになっているリンクアイコンをクリックしてオフにし、再度クリックしてリンクをアクティブにする。

Step to reproduce
1. Launch Illustrator, open a new document, and draw a rectangle on the artboard.
2. Click W on the Control Bar to expand the transform panel.
3. Enter a value in the W field and press Tab to move to H.

However, it is just the value does not get updated in the pop up panel. The transformation change on the object happens fine and is reflected properly in the properties panel as well. Let us know if you are experience similar behavior or not.

Rich tool tips keep popping up
Rich tool tips are always randomly opening and staying open something even when I am on other side of screen. Hard to take a screen shot, as when I click to screen shot the tool tips disappear. It's been happening on 2 different machines running Sonoma for about 1 year. Never used to happen.

This means the fix is planned to be later pushed in the next general 30.4 release.
The timer for tooltips would now check if the pointer is still within the tool button bounds after the delay finishes.

Illustrator 29.7.1 changes units to points and resets other values after changing Keyboard Increment value when Search field has text in it
Another paradox is that version 29.7.1 of Illustrator constantly changes the units from px to points after entering an new value in keyboard increment. Does it happen to anybody else?

Pressing Tab in Color panel glitches
When adding a color to a object via the Color panel, normally you could use tab to move to the next field in the CMYK color options. Now and for the past few versions released it glitches any time you use Tab.
To get it to work you now have to type in the number for C, click enter then click in the M, Enter/click Enter and so on, which is time consuming. If you don't do it this way it glitches after hitting.

キャンセル/保存しない/保存のダイヤログの位置が30.5.1より入れ替わっている。
30.5.1以前は保存しない/キャンセル/保存だったような気がするのですが

Navigator is not navigating
Illustrator 30.2.1. Macbook
In the Navigator panel so I can see my artboard and all the items in it. But when my view is for example in the upper right corner, and I click on the lower left corner, because I want my view to pan over there, it only brings me a little bit more to the left. It seems like a big bug and the Navigator is now sort of useless. In previous Illustrator editions it was working perfectly.

Color Mixer in Control and Properties panels gets broken after using Tab
The Color Mixer in Properties and Control works oddly. Here, I try to navigate my fields with Tab, and then drag one slider — boom, it all breaks: sliders vanish, active fields become visually inactive, closing it becomes very hard...
I feel like it started happening when the generative virus put its tendrils into Ai.

Opacity Slider Not Visible If Docked to Bottom
If you dock top panel with tools and actions to the bottom you can't see the slider for Opacity at all. Other menus like "Stroke" and "Style" are popping up just fine.

3. 再び選択を解除し、「オプティカル」に設定したものを選択する。
4. 文字パネル上では「オプティカル」が表示されているが、ドロップダウンをプレスすると「和文等幅」の項目にチェックマークが付いている。
5. 選択を変更しながらドロップダウンのチェックマークを確認すると、一つ前に選択していたものにチェックマークが付いている。期待する結果

Steps to Reproduce
1. Place three textFrames in the document, and set the kerning each textFrames to “和文等幅”, “Optical” and “Metrics” respectively.
2. Deselect all textFrames, then select the one set to “和文等幅”.

Scroll wheel is very slow and unresponsive in Adobe Illustrator 30.0
Since updating to 30.0 today, the UI seems very slow, particularly when using the scroll wheel to navigate the canvas.

Maximized Window doesnt cover the whole Screen

Disappearing settings/options
Single options disappear and I can’t change view or workspace back, it won't be fixed by restarting Illustrator.

Unintended shortcuts triggered by Ctrl + Win/Apps keys on Windows
On Illustrator for Windows, a specific key sequence triggers unintended shortcuts. This issue appears to be caused by a bit-level misidentification within Illustrator's input handling, where certain keys are processed as different characters.
The order of key presses is critical:

Blue share circle is misplaced under the icon
This blue circle is very distracting and It just looks super weird. I don't know if you guys purposely did this or if it's a UI glitch with the latest update, but if you guys can get this fixed asap it would be helpful. It's SUPER distracting while trying to focus in on work.

Swatch Panel is not adjustable
Since the new update, the Swatch panel cannot be adjusted and so I cannot have all of my panels open at the same time now. If I expand the color panel, I have to sacrifice another panel to be shrunk. I used to be able to take away the empty space under the swatch area which gave more room for the other panels to be open.

Palette Redéfinir les couleurs qui se ferme toute seule au moindre clic
Bonjour. J'ai ce soucis depuis un moment.
Lorsque j'ouvre la palette de modification de couleur ''Redéfinir les couleurs'' qui se trouve dans Edition/Modification des couleurs/Redéfinir les couleurs de l'illustration... dès lors que je clique sur les cercles pour les déplacer et changer la couleur, la palette disparaît. J'ai beau recommencer, dès que je touche les cercles, la palette se ferme. Impossible donc de changer les couleurs de l'illustration.
La video en pièce jointe est très explicite.Si vous avez une solution, je suis preneur.

(Bug) Alignment buttons go into hiding when selecting more than one object
When selecting a single object, the Alignment buttons appear on the top UI bar. But select MORE THAN ONE object, the Alignment buttons disappear.
Now I have to click on the "Align" flyout menu and click an option from there in order to align 2 objects, because my UI shows more blank space and fewer features than before.
