  1. Illustrator desktop version 27.8 Error message [UKCO] after update on 8-3-2023

    I get the following error message upon starting up Illustrator desktop.
    "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [UKCO]"
    The app opens and I can create a new doc but the message keeps popping up.
    For now I'm reverting back to a previous version.

  2. Wacom Driver Error

    There is a Wacom Driver error every time we open Illustrator, but there has never been a Wacom device on this new PC, and it is not enabled in Devices, It happens every time it is loaded. Support have removed and re-installed but the error persists.

  3. freeze app

    Freeze illustrator app (2023) always when I lauch the app first time after launch windows 10.

    current temporary solution is
    1) Freeze illustrator during launch (No response condition)
    2) Close the app by task manager or any relevant method
    3) Click illustrator again then select whichever the choice to open ( "Run Diagnostics" or "launch illustrator")
    4) Normally open the app
    5) After close the app, situation is the same from step1

    Already tried to uninstall the app and reinstall but situation doesn't change.

  6. Program closes when opening documents or creating new ones!

    HELP PLEASE! Ilustrator starts but it doesn´t allow me to open any document nor create a new one, it closes and doesn´t give me any error code. It´s been a week now and a can´t find a way to solve it. i have tried 27.5 version and many others like 26.5, 26 and the problem continues.

    I´ve tried reseting preferences, upgrading and downgrading versions, reinstalling and this keeps happening.

    Photoshop, after effects and all other programs work perfectly fine.

    Drivers, graphics and controllers don´t seem to solve nothing either.

  7. Illustrator 27.2 se me cierra inesperadamente minutos después de abrirlo (Windows 10)

    ¿Alguien sabe por qué se me cierra Illustrator 2023 (v 27.2) inesperadamente?
    Pocos minutos después de abrirlo se cierra sin marcar ningún error o ventana que informe el porqué y es el único programa que lo hace.
    Tengo Windows 10 :D

  8. Slow opening of Illustrator.

    I have had the following problem for a few years now (therefore different versions of Illustrator, let's say from 2020-2023).

    When I start Illustrator, opening the first (I specify the first) document that is an Empty table or an already existing document that Ai takes an exaggerated amount of time! Then, after this step, the other documents are opened in normal times.
    This happens to me from different versions of the software, and it also happens if I close the software and restart it to open a document, or if I start Ai after restarting my computer.

  9. Illustrator v. 27.3.1 wont open from Creative Cloud

    When i try to open Illustrator from the Creative Cloud App, it simply wont open the program. It appears in the taskbar with AI logo, but nothing happens.
    Please help, im working with a deadline :)

  10. ツールウィンドウが消える

    Macでイラレ、フォトショ、インデザを使用しています。
    バージョンが新しくなってから起動するたびにワークスペースに表示しているツールのウィンドウが消えます。ワークスペースを保存していますが、一度別のに切り替えてから自分用のスペースを読みこないと戻ってきません。面倒くさくて仕方ないので修正してください。

  11. Illustrator don't work after Mac OS update

    I'm using mac mini m1 with the latest Ai CC update (26.4.1). But after the OS update (12.5.1) I can't get Ai to work, it stuck at startup screen, cant click to any menu or button (video included). I had to roll back to 25.1 (intel) version to continue my works. What should I do?

  13. Illustrator auto-close when opening an .ai file

    It closes automatically when I open an .AI file, whether I double-click the file or open it from the illustrator menu.

    I already reinstalled illustrator and the problem continues.

  15. Crash on creating new file

    I updated to Illustrator 2023 (v27.0.0) a few days ago. Now, whenever I launch and try to create a new file, the program crashes. I can't do anything. I'm running MacOS 12.6.

  16. New File launch interface slow or unresponsive in latest 2023 update (21.7)

    New file launch unresponsive to clicks made with trackpad and Wacom Intuos Pro Tablet (with the stylus). Seems normal on mouse.

  18. Unable to launch. Can't connect to server.

    Have tried every suggestion I could find to fix this myself. I am connected to the internet; i have deleted and reinstalled; i have checked the logs, the hosts, my firewall, my system compatibility, and my drives. Seriously want this fixed asap.

    Adobe Illustrator 25.2

    While launching Adobe Illustrator, a window appears warning of an unsupported video driver although the exported report (txt-file) does not show any problem. All drivers are up-to-date.

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  20. Home Screen

    When I open Illustrator, this is the only screen that comes up, and I can open files and make new files from templates, but I am unable to make a new file from the home page. I have to open another document from my finder to Illustrator to be able to click to create a new file. What is going on??
