  1. System compatibility report

    Windows 10
    Adobe Illustrator 25.2

    While launching Adobe Illustrator, a window appears warning of an unsupported video driver although the exported report (txt-file) does not show any problem. All drivers are up-to-date.

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  2. Home Screen

    When I open Illustrator, this is the only screen that comes up, and I can open files and make new files from templates, but I am unable to make a new file from the home page. I have to open another document from my finder to Illustrator to be able to click to create a new file. What is going on??

  3. Recent work thumbnails are missing on the welcome page

    When I launch my latest version of the Desktop illustrator app there are no more visible the thumbnails of the recent work. Please bring it back.

    Currently using Illustrator 25.4.1. (64bit) on latest update of Windows 10

  4. illustratorの年間契約の期限内にも関わらず、使用できなくなっている。

    illustratorの期限内にも関わらず、使う事ができない状態が続いている。起動しても、体験版を勧められる。Creative Cloud desk topでは、illustratorの新たな購入すらできない。Adobeのアプリとファイルを消したにも関わらず、何も改善されなかった。

  5. ファイルを開けない

    1 windows11 Illustrator v26.2.1
    2 pcを立ち上げて1回目のイラレ起動
    3 起動直後に出てくるクラウドファイルの履歴画面から開く
    4 開かないのでメニューバーのファイルから開こうとするが開かない。フリーズしているわけではないので終了し、再度起動すると開ける アップデート後から?最近毎回これです。

    • 開けないファイルは「クラウド」、「コンピューター(ローカル)」の両方ともですか?
    • PC 起動後の最初の Illustrator 起動だけで、2回目以降の起動では全く問題はありませんか?

  6. Illustrator 2022 DOES NOT OPEN.

    This new Illustrator update DOES NOT WORK. Just installed the new 2022 update yesterday 11/01, and it worked for half the day, and in the second half, the app refused to open. Tried again this morning 11/02, and there was a small update to Illustrator, so in hopes of fixing the issue from yesterday, I installed the update, and guess what, still broken. I reinstalled the past version of Illustrator, and that doesn't work now either. I'm not telling you how to do your job Adobe, but for me to do my job, I need Illustrator to work. If you…

    This is embarrassing and incredibly sad to hear. I can’t imagine to be cut off a my main tool when I need it.
    I guess the only option you can try is to clean all the traces of previous versions installed with the Cleaner Tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html), install 2021 version and hope it work.
    So sorry it happened, and I wish I could do more.
    Please add votes to this if you experience the same issue, it will help to initiate a proper investigation.

  7. Getting Blank screen

    Getting grey blank screen not able to see any UI like File, Edit, etc., menus. Even the shortcuts are not working. Within seconds the Adobe illustrator closed automatically. Not able to recover the file as well.

  8. File > N option does not work and I cannot create new documents

    ( new ) option does not work and i cannot create new documents. And when i open illustrator its just black screen until i open something that already exists.

  9. Ai 2022 Menus unresponsive on startup M1 Mac

  10. Illustrator WILL NOT LAUNCH on Apple Silicon

    I've been having this issue for a few weeks. Trying to launch Illustrator 26.0.1 on Apple Silicon (I have tried both the Apple Silicon version and the Intel version). I don't get the splash screen. The menu at the top of the screen loads, and says "Illustrator," but all menu options are grayed out. I can't open a file by right-clicking in Finder and saying "Open with Illustrator". Illustrator freezes/crashes at this point and the only solution is to force quit via the Task Manager. Please help!

  12. Illustrator crashes on launch

    Every time I start illustrator it crashes. Starting a second time USUALLY opens it but sometimes a third attempt is needed. It links me to a "fix" that requires uninstalling some third party chrome office plugin that I don't have...so a useless link to a prompt that will now pop-up every time I start illustrator.

    I just upgraded to 26.0.1 in hopes this was fixed. It's not.

    Lenovo P15 workstation laptop, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10850H CPU @ 2.70GHz, 96 gb of ram, Nvidia Quadro T2000, windows 10 pro. So no excuses about resources.

  13. Adobe Illustrator 26.0.2 on Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7 will not launch

    I updated to Adobe Illustrator 26.0.2 from 26.0.1. I am on Catalina 10.15.7. Illustrator will not launch and I get the error report with the prompt to send it to Adobe. I restarted my computer and it behaved the same way. I then uninstalled 26.0.2 and re-installed a clean version. Still did not launch. I then uninstalled and installed 26.0.1, which I am using now, but would like to update.

  17. Not loading and crashing.

    When I launch Illustrator it is only a black screen and doesn't load. I have tried rebooting it many times and logging in and out of Adobe but it is still a black screen. After about 5 min of trying to get it to load the screen crashes.

  20. Blue Screen of Adobe Illustrator directly after Start

    Windows 10 64bit
    Dell XPS15 i7, 32GB Ram, GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
    Adobe Illustrator v 25.2.1

    With the latest Update to the Illustrator Version above I´m no longer able to start the Program - every time I try to open the Laptop crashes and I receive a Blue Screen immediately. Tried now 3 times in a row, no luck.
    Please advise how to solve the issue.
    Before the Update there were no issues at all.
