Generative ai doesn't show up after update
I updated Illustrator to 28.0 version, saw new features, tried tutorial and... nothing (see snapshot)

To use Firefly, a user has to be in a country where this service is available. This excludes Russia, Belarus, and China. In addition, Adobe services and products are generally cannot be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.

Pen tool issue since update 24.1.3(64bit)
When I go to use pen tool the cursor is 5mm away from the anchor point. When trying to draw with this there is a lot of jerking, and very little control. Also when moving vectors I have very little control over where it can be placed. Smart guides is no longer showing or working but is selected in menu. Not working today because of this. Object Transform Reflect default bug
Small one, but the reflect tool doesn't seem to be saving last input, i.e. usually it will remember whether you last used reflect Horizontal, Vertical or Angle, but now it defaults seemingly at random. With perhaps a bit of a bias to Angle. Which I don't think I've actually ever used.
25 votesWe could not reproduce this issue due to a lack of information. It may appear this happens very easily for people who face this issue, this may be due to specific hardware setup, etc.

Return feature constraint proportion while holding shift;
I often wish Adobe employes used Illustrator themselves. I'd like them to experience having their preferences reset to default with even minor upgrades, spending an hour adjusting the shortcut keys to work like a mac, and now that I've had a chance to vent a little, the latest offense:
The ability to proportionally scale objects by holding shift while dragging is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL to my workflow mixing photos and raster art into an illustration to the point I'm using Sketch more and more while wondering how this bug got out and I hope a fix is on the way soon.

gradient
I found a bug in the new Update CC 2019, specifically with the new freeform gradient tool.
when the gradient point is on the edge and you shrink the corner radius, making the gradient point out of the bounding box it removes the point completely and removes major part of the gradient.
attached a sample I made showcasing the problem.
1 voteThe Freeform gradient color stop which fall outside the Art boundary while editing the shape of Art or while creating Color Stop or drag a already existing Color Stop outside Art Boundary gets deleted.
At present it is working as designed ,Kindly log feature request if something else is expected. -
Illustrator Crashes when editing graphs
Illustrator CC 2018 v22.1 - I've created a number of different bar graphs. When I click on one to edit the graph "Type...", it crashes each and every time. What's going on? I can still edit and update the data without it crashing. I tried clearing/deleting my preferences but that didn't change anything.

Anyways I kind of remedied the situation myself by re-drawing the graph that was causing the crashing from scratch. It seems to have stopped the crashing from happening and I’m now able to edit they graph type without problem.

No touch workspace
In Illustrator CC 2015 (and 2017 & 2018) the Touch Workspace is missing.
The graphic tablet works correctly (pressure, dynamics) but the Touch Workspace is missing.
All the relevant tips I've found in Internet was followed, with no result.
There's a manual way to enable the touch workspace.Ironically, the touch workspace was present in Illustrator BEFORE I bought the graphic tablet.
System:
Mac Mini late 2012, using Boot Camp, Windows 10 (latest), 16GB RAM, Samsung SSD Evo850
Graphic tablet: Huion DWH69 (latest drivers)1 votePlease refer to our system requirement for a supported configuration. We do not support/test touch workspace on boot camp and an external tablet.

Diagonal Lines
Hi, I've just updated my Creative Cloud to 2018, but when using the Illustrators, every time I push ctrl button or use the direct tool, these diagonal lines appear. Is there a way to make the line disappear? Thanks.

Pressure option for brush is greyed out in AI while using Wacom Tablet
Adobe Illustrator CC 22.0.0
Ever since the new update, every time I'm trying to change my paintbrush to pressure sensitive option from the drop down list box, the 'pressure ' option is greyed out and can't be selected. 'Fixed' and 'random' are the only ones that aren't greyed out.
How can I set the pressure senstivity option on?
Please help.
