Fonts don’t sync
I just upgraded my computer to the Macbook Pro 2021 M1. I downloaded the latest versions of Adobe and noticed none of my fonts will sync. I've tried posted troubleshooting methods and none have worked (closing and restarting apps, reinstalled apps, multiple computer resets, unsyncing and resyncing manually, etc). Any time I open an Illustrator project with previously used fonts that aren't native to the app, it prompts me to sync but the load wheel just keeps spinning and will never finish.
I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

Currently in Illustrator 25.4.1 Transparency Mask is not working
Currently in Illustrator 25.4.1 when using Transparency Mask the mask is not showing as opaque, it seems to show a tint of the element being masked.
1 voteMost probably the black object in a mask has a black fill set in Grayscale, set by K value, while the document is in RGB mode. 100%K is not not equal to RGB0,0,0. This is a pretty common issue, since Ai uses K in RGB, especially in the default gradient. Changing the fill to RGB in Color panel can fix that. Please comment back if it helps.

幅の変更や回転は可能。

ご報告いただいた「選択ツールで高さを変更できない」という現象ですが、最新バージョン「Illustrator 2021 (ver.25.4.1)」の Mac & Win OS ともに正しく動作しています。
選択ツールでバウンディングボックスの上辺、または下辺のハンドルをドラッグしての高さ変更の操作でよろしいでしょうか?
アプリの再起動、またマシンの再起動をしても再現するようでしたら、お手数をおかけいたしますが、カスタマーサポートにお問い合わせください。

Second line of type (point and area) is picking up the style of the first line when pasting plain text
New to 25.3.1 update, MacOS 11.4. When there are two lines in a point or area type object separated by a return, selecting the entire second line (formatted differently from the first line) and pasting in plain text (copied from a Finder filename) is now picking up the formatting from the first line instead of retaining the formatting from the existing line, as if there were an invisible return character from the first line, or as if it were a continuation of the first line. This is contrary to AI behavior since forever.

2〜3回目の変更でほぼ必ず。
v 25.3.1においての現象。

新規ファイル作成時、印刷に選択できる単位が少ない

問い合わせの内容:
ファイルを新規作成時、「プリセットの詳細」のドロップダウンリストに表示される単位が少ない。

Crash on 'Delete Layer Style'
Every time I try to delete a layer style in the appearance panel, the software crashes.
Running latest version of AI (CC 2021)
OS is latest version of Windows 10 ProDoesn't do it in previous versions.

Links panel reports PNG links to be CMYK
BUG?! Links palette reporting PNG links as CMYK
OS 10.14.6 / CC 5.1.0.407
PNG's are RGB, the format doesn't support CMYK.

Issues with saving
2020 update often gives error while saving. It says the file cannot be saved. It then deletes the current file I'm working on, opens up a new window and I have to click save - as if I pressed "Save As..."
It happens quite often when I press "Cmd + S" to just save my artwork.

AI 24 freezes on startup (Mac OS Catalina)
Illustrator 24 (2020) will not launch on my MacBook Pro Retina.
- I'm running Catalina 10.15.1 and Illustrator 2020.
- The applications is installed and launched
- I expect the app to open
- It freezes upon startup
I had the same issue with InDesign 2020 freezing up (causing me to have to Force Quit the stalled app), but Photoshop 2020 did not have any issues.
I was able to get InDesign 2020 to launch by restarting in Safe Mode, then disabling the "Show Home screen when no documents are open" Preference, then restarting normally.
The bug seem related to not being able to…

This is no a problem UserVoice forums can help to solve, unfortunately, for many reasons.
You have to contact support to deal with it, if this is still a case.

Lag and Illustrator "Not Responding" after copy command
The platform is: Illustrator 23.0.6 64-bit, on Win10 Enterprise 1903 latest updates, and with nVidia drivers R430 U5 (431.70).
The bug is that Illustrator freezes for ~5 seconds after/during a simple copy command, and "Not Responding" is displayed on the top title bar. This can be induced by just opening a new file, drawing a rectangle, then trying to copy it (with Ctrl-C or with the menu command).
This is destroying my workflow...

Adobe Sketch inaccurate. No Product against which to report
Please See forum post entitled “Adobe sketch accuracy questioned”
On iPad Air, iOS 12.4, Sketch 4.7.1 drawing occurs displaced from centre of stylus, toward to of device.
Gave up using Sketch in Sep 2017 as this was a show stopper for me. I don’t understand how anybody can use it like this. It is such a fundamental issue that I cannot believe it has not been addressed. Others in the forum post discussion agreed it was a bug and the question seems to have been answered - it is a bug.
Came back to look at Sketch again 2 years…

crash after windows update
Every time since I installed the latest windows update (KB5407453, KB4509096) that I try to open or create a new file adobe illustrator crashes. The crash report is attached.
3 votesFrom the looks of it it seems to be crashing with GPU. Here is what I can suggest
1. TEST: Disable GPU from preference panel and then create a anew document to see if it still crashes
2. FIX: Update GPU driver – each manufacturer will have a different way to get and install drivers. some help here: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-gpu-performance-driver-update.html3.
