Adobe apps won't open ; shows gray screen

All of my Adobe apps (ie. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) won't open when I try to launch them. They all just open a blank gray page (screenshot attached). The only way I can use the apps is to open a previous file with the .ai, .PSD, etc. file type. How do I resolve this? Is it a bug or virus?
