Threaded Type not scaling correctly
Mac Pro (2019, Intel), MacOS 15.6.1, Illustrator 29.7.1
After the update to version 29.7.1, the text in linked type objects does not scale (using the Scale tool) or scales disproportionately (using the Selection tool).
The Free Transform Tool currently appears to be the only way to scale these objects together while keeping the type size proportional to the objects being scaled.
The issue occurs in new and existing documents.

2025 (29.8.7) and 2026 (30.3) have the same issue.
The bug occurs not only with threaded area text, but also with threaded text on a path.I noticed it while resizing artwork from A4 to A2. If overlooked, it could lead to print production errors.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible.------
2025（29.8.7）と2026（30.3）の両バージョンで同じ不具合が発生しています。
この問題は、連結したエリア内文字だけでなく、連結したパス上文字でも発生しています。私はA4からA2へのリサイズ作業中に気づきましたが、見逃すと印刷事故につながる可能性があります。早急な修正をお願いします。
