1. Basic or Advanced setting for toolbar does not work everytime I open Illustrator.

   Whenever I open a fresh artboard of Illustrator CC 2019, I can't open the Basic or Advanced toolbar, It keep saying 'The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [CANT]. I have to redo customised toolbar again and again. Any fix for this bug? Thanks!

2. Default Template Folder

   Version 23.0 no longer opens template files from the default "Cool Extras" folder. Instead it navigates to the last folder saved. Please revert this back as it is a huge waste of time creating new documents now.

   This also occurs for scripts, but I use less frequently and have dealt with it. Unacceptable for template files however.

3. paste remembers layers doesn't work if original layer is hidden

   Steps:
   create object on layer.
   Copy object.
   Hide layer
   create new layer
   paste object with new layer selected.

   It will warn you that the layer you're attempting to paste onto is hidden. But....no it's not. I have the "paste remembers layers" checkbox turned off.

   This is either a bug, or someone should stick close to someone who actually understands user expectations.

4. Keyboard Increments in preferences doesn't work.

   I set my Keyboard Increment to .0139 and anchor points move correctly. Then I change it to .00139, which has alway worked in the past, it now jumps about 10X the correct distance. I restarted. No change. I uninstalled, then reinstalled. No change. I restarted my computer. No change. I can't work with it like this. How do I get this fixed?

6. Unselctable and undo glitch

   When I go to select a shape or text item sometimes the bounding box disappears. Even when I go to show bounding box (command + Shift + B) the issue isn't resolved. I don't do anything different and it seems to happen randomly. I have to restart illustrator to fix it but sometimes that doesn't.

   Once the bounding box disappears I cannot track the type and if I move an item it goes back to its org place.

   Additionally, when I hit undo rather than going back one action it will go back 4 or 5 actions. This only happens once I have the selection issue.

   I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe with no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled high sierra 10.13.3 with no luck.

7. Got a black screen (WorkPlace)

8. [PARM] error?

   I have Windows 7, 64bit, running Illustrator CC and all of a sudden today I am not able to use the text tool and when I try to use the select tool on certain areas of the file the error message comes up that I attached to this.

9. Cannot enter Opacity Mask Mode unless Clip is selected

   MacOS 15.4.1 (24E263)
   Illustrator 29.5.1

   When clicking on the opacity panel and then clicking on the mask thumbnail to activate that mode, the thumbnail highlights but as soon as I attempt to edit the contents of the mask, it shows that the mode is not activated. Only if I select the 'Clip' checkbox in the Opacity panel will it allow me to edit the mask. But then clicking the 'Object' thumbnail in the Opacity panel, similarly does not exit mask-editing mode. I have to uncheck the 'Clip' checkbox to get back to normal mode. Previously, simply clicking on each thumbnail would easily switch between mask mode and normal editing mode.

    CEPHtmlEngine erroneously keeps macOS awake by setting PreventUserIdleSystemSleep

    See details below, CEPHtmlEngine is unnecessarily keeping macOS awake using the power management API and asserting PreventUserIdleSystemSleep, on this device it has been asserting and renewing its assertion for 170 hours.

    This presents a massive physical security risk to enterprise customers as it defeats IT controlled sleep/screensaver/walkaway preferences to lock the computer.

11. Undo (CMD+Z) doesn't work correctly with "Scale Artwork with Artboard" feature

    When I scale artboard, and use new "Scale Artwork with Artboard (finally ;)" feature, and then try to undo to previous scale (Cmd+Z), some objects don't return to previous position and remain outside artboard. Please see screen recording, attached.

12. 画像トレースパネルでカラーモードをモノクロに設定するとカラーを透過のカラーピッカーが使えない

    問題が発生したときに実行していた手順
    1. 画像を配置し、選択した状態で「画像トレース」パネルを開く。
    2. プレビューをチェックしカラーモードをグレースケールに設定する。
    3. 詳細を展開しオプションの「カラーを透過」のチェックボックスをチェックする。
    4. カラーを透過がアクティブになっているにも関わらずカラーピッカーが選択できない。

    想定していた結果
    他のカラーモードのようにカラーピッカーで透過色を選択できる。

    実際の結果
    カラーピッカーで透過色を選択できない。デフォルトでは白が透過色となっているためカラーを変更していない場合にチェックボックスをチェックした場合は白が透過されるが、他のカラーモードで透過色を選択した上でカラーモードをグレースケールに変更した場合、　透過色が以前のモードのまま保持されるため透過される部分がなくなる。

    Steps to reproduce
    1. place the image and open the "Image Trace" panel with the image selected.
    2. Check the preview and set the color mode to grayscale.
    3. Expand Advanced and check the checkbox for the option "Ignore Color".
    4. The color picker cannot be selected even though "Ignore Color" is activated.

    Expected result
    The color picker can select Ignore color as in other color modes.

    Actual result
    Ignore color cannot be selected in the color picker.
    By default, white is the transparent color, so if the color is not changed and the checkbox is checked, white will be ignore, but if the ignore color is selected in another color mode and the color mode is changed to grayscale, the ignore color will keep in the previous mode and The result is that there are no areas to be ignored.

13. 長方形を方向キーで変形すると途中から半端な寸法数値になる

    ドキュメント設定の単位、 環境設定の単位→一般・東アジア言語をミリメートル、環境設定の一般→キー入力を0.1 mmに設定。
    長方形を描画し、shift＋方向キーの入力（1入力1mmの移動）で幅や高さを拡大または縮小していくと、4〜8回目くらいから中途半端な数値になります。方向キーのみでも何回めかに中途半端な数値になります。
    ずっと整数で変形したいのに困っています。

14. Don’t delete preferences after downgrade

    This issue is critical.

    When downgrading using the CC app (from “Other versions”), the entire preference folder is wiped out, for instance from 27.9 to 27.8.1.

    It means that downgrading delete without warning years of work on custom shortcuts, transparency presets, default options, workspaces, etc.

    I lost everything just because I wanted to avoid some bugs I had in 27.9.

    At the very least, there should be a warning. Ideally, there should be no deletion of preferences.

    Even if the use makes a copy of their preferences folder (for instance by copying “enGB” to “enGB (backup)”, the backup copy is deleted during the downgrade.

    This is extremely damaging, as many professionals rely on heavy customization of their work tools. If a new version is unstable or buggy, they will downgrade to be able to work. If they loose all there preferences during the process, they would not be able to work at all (hello!).

    Example of preference folder: ~/library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings

    This issue is critical.

15. Color Picker lets objects disappear in Outline Mode and in Exports!

    When you use the Color Picker to change the color of texts, then this will lead to the problem, that every object of the same layer disappears in the Outline Mode AND much more worse: in the export.

    1. Create a new file.
    2. Create one ore more text objects. And some other path objects too, if you like.
    3. Use the Color Picker (!! not any other color tool) to change the color of a text.
    4. Go to the Outline Mode (ctrl+y) and see that every object seems to be invisible.
    5. Try to export the file (Export as..., e.g. JPG). You will see that these objects are not visible in this exported file.

    The objects "come back" only after some further transformations on them.

    In Illustrator 26.5 this bug does NOT appear.

    And by the way: Illustrator 27.6 has a bunch of so many new bugs just after starting it. Please please please test your software yourself before you release it to the customers!
    I will leave the Adobe Software for sure if this style of programming is the future.

16. Offset Path not remembering last setting

    I use Illustrator (26.5, but this has persisted through several versions) both at home and work. My mac at home remembers the last amount i used for Offset Path. For example, if i choose a path and offset by -.25 in, and then choose another shape and select Offset Path, the setting is defaulted to the same amount: -.25 in.

    However, at work, if i choose a second shape and choose Offset Path, the default is set to -.025 in.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

17. Unable to set Illustrator 2022 as default app

    When setting the default app for Illustrator files, 2022 version doesn't appear as an option. Files always open in 2021. When using Windows Default Apps setting, Illustrator 2022 doesn't appear as an option. This problem doesn't occur with other 2022 Adobe apps such as InDesign and Photoshop.

18. Plugin issues detected

    Some (not all) plugins do not work in Illustrator version 26.3.1. But they work fine in 26.2.1, also they work in all previous versions 26... and 25...
    I tried to fix it, followed the advice "Repair Visual C++ DLL (Windows)", but it did not help https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/plugin-missing-issue.html?trackingid=TG8SLGS2&mv=in-product&mv2=ai

19. BUG: Tools, workspace and panels move randomly after restart or wake

    Illustrator and photoshop windows move to random positions after every restart or wake. Sometimes they move off screen in a way that makes them difficult to recover. Please fix!

20. オブジェクトの寸法数値の表示がおかしい

    イラストレーター2021の長方形ツールで数値入力して四角形を作成し、四角形の寸法数値を確認したところ、ウィンドウ上部に表示された数値と、変形ウィンドウ内に表示された数値が異なる。
    どちらの数値が正しい？
