network printer HP 8730 Pro
With the newest version of Illustrator (is it 24) there comes a lot of trouble for users with HP printer - maybe all printer which are connecting over the local network. The issue is that Illustrator can´t open any ai file nore make a new files while the default printer is a network printer. Here it is the HP 8730 Pro. With the help of the support desk there is a workaround to fix this issue. You have to set your default printer to Adobe pdf. But this is not a real solution, it´s only a temporarely workaround. Fix Tabbing in Transform Palette
Fix tabbing through the Transform palette so when keying-in numbers and tabbing through, the numbers don’t randomly change (this is a bug).

Trim view is not available to record in the Actions
Trim view is not available to record in the Actions window. Solving this would hugely benefit my workflow, by making trim view a recorded action and giving it a shortcut.

File > Place svg: altered shapes
In Illustrator v24.0, File>Place of some svg images distorts the shapes. It works OK if I open the svg file directly in Illustrator v24.0, select the layer and paste it on my artboard (in another open file). It also works OK if I do File>Place in Illustrator v23.1.1.
The "attach a file" option here won't let me attach an svg (why not?) so I've attached an AI file instead. Hopefully if you export it to svg you can see the problems when importing that svg via File > Place. Some of the problem are: the "m" shape is missing a…

Inconsistency between GPU and CPU modes
mac OS 10.15.1 (19B88)
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
AMD Radeon R9 M395 2 GBI have an issue regarding inconsistent appearance between GPU and CPU modes when using composite fonts. Attached are the screen shot images of the identical material when captured in (1) GPU-mode, (2) CPU-mode, and (3) GPU-mode after outlined.
As the files show, the last 2 characters show up at different position. The outlined characters show up in the position identical with (2). So I guess (1) has some issue (not displaying the pre-outlined characters at the correct position).

Big problem with 'Horizontal Align Center' bug fix
Windows 7 64bit professional service pack 1,
Illustrator CC 23.0.6.The recent fix for "The 'Horizontal Align Center' option does not align text with the center of object if text has tracking applied on it" in version 23.1 is causing all of our files, tens of thousands of documents, to display incorrectly when you open them, shifting text automatically. We need to be able to turn off this "fix" in settings or something please. We produce scale rules and navigational equipment etc. and almost every one of our files is incorrect if we upgrade to 23.1! Japanese fonts not syncing.
Japanese fonts don't sync to Illustrator. But they do work fine in other applications like Photoshop.

Font Preview Tool - Not Working, UI WAYYY TOO LARGE

Which appears to be getting riddled with new comments as of yesterday... I am experiencing this issue. There is no options to adjust. The Preview Tool does not work either. Please FIX ASAP!

Open/Import svg into illustrator
The line weights of imported svg files into Illustrator 24 come in heavier than the same svg imported into Illustrator 23.
One example: Line weight of drawing in Ill 23 is .529 pt. Same file opened in Ill 24 is 1.5 pt.

Spot Colors are not recognised.
When enough items are placed with the same spot color, Illustrator no longer recognizes other shapes with the same color

Zooming
When in the preset zoom menu, some of the options have commas where they should have decimals. When I click on the 66,67% zoom option it actually zooms in 6667% when it should zoom in 66.67%. Also, in the title of the document, it shows the zoom percentage with a comma instead of a decimal point.

actions slow and crashing
All actions that ran smoothly on Illustrator CC 2019 are slow and most of the time crash the new update (CC 2020). Actions are meant to speed up workflow, not slow it down.

Gradient panel causes bugs
The gradient panel really makes me nervous. On rare occasions when dropping a color onto a gradient handle to change it, Illustrator suddenly just closes without a warning. Just gone in a split second along with all my work. No auto save. Nothing. It even won't show my recently opened files when I open it back up. This issue also happened the last time Illustrator was updated but then it was fixed. Please fix it again as I'm always SUPER nervous when I have to change settings for a gradient. Diagonal shapes are very pixelated (diagonal line, star, circle ecc.)
hello, i have the version of Illustrator 24.0 and every shape i dra with the tools are pixelated, as diagonal line, circle, star, every shape that is not completly straight is pixelated. i was talking with the support yesterday for 3 hours and they said its a bug. because its the same on 3 different computers.

Library symbol
I add a graphic, like a rectangle, to the cloud library, and when I place it to my work it import all the work from the artboard.
