Using Apple’s Magic Keyboard with my iPad Pro 12”, and this is the only app that doesn’t respond to keyboard shortcuts, although it should.
I tried multiple times, reopening the app, and it still doesn’t work. Illustrator is unusable on my iPad, as I cannot even merge multiple layers into a group and use the simplest shortcuts like copy/paste, or use the arrows on my keyboard to move objects quickly.
Does someone have a solution to have the keyboard shortcuts ?6 votes
For months I have been using the vectorize feature for images. Today it has decided to malfunction and it won’t work. No matter the image size, quality, resolution - I’ve even tried updating my iPad, checking for updates, force rebooting iPad, erasing the app and reloading the app, — no matter what, the image disappears. I’m beyond frustrated. Help!!!3 votes

No new reports on that, so I believed it’s fixed. If not — please comment back.
I have created an artboard of 10cm. But it doesn’t correspond to 10cm to print. It gets only half the normal size1 vote
While connecting Circles with differently colored gradients to get a “worm”-like look, the app regularly freezes and eventually crashes, bringing me to the Home Screen. I use Illustrator an a IPad Pro 2021 11’. Unfortunately this mobile version of this website won’t allow me to upload pictures for some reason so I can’t provide further context rather than saying that I used the blending option “Distance”.
Edit: So I went ahead and recorded the screen to provide further context. It was easy to do since the bug is easy to recreate.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
I was able to reproduce the issue and is under review on our end. Will update once we have any further update on this.
Thanks & Regards

I have been trying to find a work around for a type on path bug that I posted about earlier on this forum. I wanted to edit the path and the app crashed. Since I work with cloud documents, I wanted to edit path on the PC version of Illustrator, save it, and continue working on the project on iPad. That worked, although after coming back to iPad, I noticed that the menu is heavily messed up to the degree of unusability.
