  1. Illustrator close immediately when zoom in

    Hi, I'm working in MacOS Ventura with illustrator Beta 29.8 28; when I try zoom in with the keyboard (Cmd + Space bar), the program close immediately. This happens after I installed the 2 latest patches.

    Please fix that!

  2. The initial pivot for a Point Type text when Scale tool is picked is wrong

    In the latest Beta 29.5.0.35 the default position of the pivot point for a Point Type text is not at its anchor point anymore, but at its center. This used to work fine just recently.

    While this behavior CAN be an option for the Scale tool, it should not be hidden and given as a default one.
    But I’d appreciate having it in the dialog when a text is selected.

  3. I cannot scale objects on any file.

    I cannot scale objects. I can only move them with selection tool.

  4. Text to Vector Graphic (Beta)' is not the Illustrator Beta

    There is no generative ai (text 2 vector) in 28.1 beta

    For some weird unknown reason Adobe decided to NOT include the 'Text to Vector Graphic (Beta)' function to Illustrator Beta. You have to install the actual current release to access it.

    It makes zero sense, but this is how it is done, We had the similar problem with Generative Recolor before, and now it’s the same thing again.
