    The issue is file sync services lock the file while syncing to their servers. At this point of time we do not support this workflow.

    Are you by any chance saving it on a folder that is currently being synced outside of Illustrator? say a service like Dropbox, Google Drive etc...
    The issue is file sync services lock the file while syncing to their servers. At this point of time we do not support this workflow.
