    Hi Glen,

Thanks for sharing your problem. We understood your problem and we are already working on it to fix. Also, I have one workaround for you. If you are using closed paths near the art board boundaries you can use Stroke inside instead center stroke. You change it by following below steps :

    1. Go to Window > Stroke in Illustrator
    2. From fly out menu select show options
    3. In Align Stroke option, select Align stroke to inside.

This will always have all the art inside of the bounding box. But the limitation is it only works for the closed paths.
I hope it solves some of your problem.

    Hi Andy,

You can try duplicating artboards and then arrange them with 0 spacing.

    Thanks

    Hi,

If you will export artboards in any fractional scale or by specifying height and width you will get correct output.

The best way to not get an extra pixel is keep your artboard coordinates in integers. You can achieve that by changing the reference point of artboard to top left and typing in the nearest integer or do Make Pixel Perfect(Object > Make Pixel Perfect). If size of your artboard is increased please manage that accordingly and export.

    Hi Bogdan,

Export using any fractional scale or height/width, you will get the expected dimensions. If you have artboard and art both pixel aligned then this problem does not comes up. If you can share your file share at nitiagar@adobe.com so that we can look into and analyze what is wrong in the file.

We are trying to fix this issue but in the meanwhile you can use the work around. Specify height by clicking on the drop down near 1x and then enter the height that you want and it will you the exact result.
