@Joe we are not talking about exporting Artboards. It's Asset Export tab bug. Besides, I would rather throw my MBP In the window than to clatter my designs with hundreds of artboards for every single design element.

The issue reporting system, where the issue is reported, ignored, saved to be not reviewed again without orders – signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for a year and recycled as firelighters is not the best way of doing things.
Taking the major flaw issue for a "behaviour" as well as waiting, till after 3 years after release of the broken feature people start to vote for it to be fixed, is a kind of redundant and passively aggressive against your users, design professionals.

Yes, as i have wrote in the header of the issue, it happens to CC objects with small size.

Thank you for leaving the comment Joe and noticing the issue. Our Indian friends from Adobe seem to be less responsive to the issues with less than 1000 ****** off designers. Sadly, the workaround you have kindly provided is not quite functional, as it just breaks the connections between the instances of the CC lib. object and the original. This actually devalues the whole concept of the CC library. :(

Dear @Shivendra Agarwal Thanks captain obvious. :) People who, unlike you, actually working with the product are definitely using rearrange artboards feature after opening the multipage PDF files. Everý time. Because the default arrangement is blatantly implausible anyways.
As for the second part. You do arrange the artboards and question "why" can be easily answered by looking at how exactly you arrange them by default and using common sense. AI still has a limited size of the working area. place new objects in the middle leaving some space around.
Instead of doing user centered design and saying your users "thank you" for doing your job and committing bugs, you actually going "good enough" way and wasting our personal time for arguing with you about why you have to do it properly from the beginning. If you due to some cultural limitations to can't understand why releasing unpolished features is bad for the business the market will explain it to your bosses and they will explain it to you.

Hi Everyone, This feature was shipped in Illustrator 2020 version. Please go to Preferences>Selection & Anchor Display > and check ‘Select and unlock objects on canvas’. Enabling this preference will display a lock icon when you select the locked object.

Я не запрашиваю опцию, потому, что за кучу лет так и не нашел преимуществ текущей реализации и считаю что она отжила свое.
Как и попиксельное выравнивание стрелкаими и прочие малоэффектиыные танцы с бубном :)"Значения кернинга для первой буквы строки руками" ага, а потом увеличиваем текст на 2 пункта или меняем шрифт и вся тонкая настройка весело хихикая катится к бабушке. Нет уж, спасибо, мне надо работать, а не извращаться по этому переводим все сразу в кривые. Для 20 30 логотипов выравнивать по 10 раз подстрочник я видел в последее время крупным планом, глаза жалко, ну и Smart Guides тоже с текстом не работают.

А для примера воспользуйся всеми преимуществами полуапрошей и "анатомией щрифта" и повтори вот этот титул Katalog der Muster, Herbert Bayer, 1925г. https://www.bauhaus100.de/de/damals/werke/grafik-typografie/katalog-der-muster/index.html Для такой работы же illustrator и создан - плакаты и иллюстрации делать? Только чур в кривые не переводить. :) Будет весело выравнивать, я обещаю.

В 2018 году софт игнорирующий оптический кернинг и до сих пор расставляющий гигантские полуапроши "side bearing" в начале строки оксюморон.
Вот тут, коллега, ничего не беспокоит? Ну на нет и суда нет.

The align tools are doing an awful job when it comes to aligning text in Illustrator.

Snap to Glyph option, available in the View menu, released in the version 24.3 (2020), allows to snap to the live text as if it is outlined.

It’s dangerous to call things Smart... When they behave dumb, the name sound like an insult. Sadly, this is the case.
Please provide more specific cases, with video proofs, ask you colleagues to share and vote, to move this further. This is the way to force changes to things that are broken — be vocal and persistent. Thank you all and let’s hope we get heard.

Moving an artboard with arrow keys ignores setting for "Move/Copy Artwork with artboard" The issue is still there. Did you manage to come with a solution for this issue?

Can I point out that you did not complete the initial request by making a canvas a little bit bigger? Whoever approved a completed state on this issue needs to reevaluate the initial request by reading it careully.
Also the use cases layed below in the comments are not covered at all.
