I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.1.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

ちなみに、私もRetina5K/27inchのiMacですね。こちらの環境ではUIスケールは関連がないように見受けます。

ver.26.5で新規に作成したドキュメントではアップされたデータに準じた構成にしても再現できませんでした。アップされたデータについて詳細に検証してみたのですが見事に挙動不審です。少し調べてみると、当該データは元々CC2015あたりで作成されたもののようです。ですからちょっと古いものでレガシーフォーマットをアップデートされたのだと思います。数バージョン前にブラシ名等に含まれるスペースをデリミタとして認識しオブジェクト名称を正常に認識できない不具合がありましたが、そういったかこのバージョンが持っていた不具合の影響を受けている可能性があるのではないかと感じました。
各シンボル名に含めるスペースキャラクタを削除するか別のキャラクタに置き換えると不審な挙動は無くなりますのでファイルに含まれるシンボルの構造になにかの問題があるのではと思いますが、詳細についてはPGFの構造解析が必要でしょう。 -

恐らく他のPDFではこのようなトラブルは生じないのではないかと思います。
このPDFを詳細に解析すると一部で構造に問題があるのがわかります。例えば、添付画像の（355）の部分ですが、mオペレータの後にパスの記述が欠落している状態で次のmオペレータが続いてしまっています。当該ドキュメントでは随所にこういった部分が見受けられます。ドキュメント自体が細かな多数のパスによって構成されているので書き出し時のメモリの状態等の兼ね合いで生じた一過性のものである可能性が高いのではないでしょうか。不具合というよりはAdobe Community（https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustratorフォーラム/ct-p/ct-illustrator-jp）で取り扱うべき案件ではないかと思います。 -

Have you checked the Illustrator format data attached to the previous post?
The line drawn above with the line width set to 0.41mm represents the correct Variable-width Stroke Profiles shape. On the other hand, the line drawn below with a line width of 0.4 mm has a clearly incorrect shape.Ten_A

これはファイル自体が何らかの問題により壊れてしまった場合にPDF互換部分よりリカバリーしようとした際に表示されるもので、Illustrator自体の不具合ではありません。
uservoice案件というよりはCommunity案件です。https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustratorフォーラム/ct-p/ct-illustrator-jp
自動保存という機能は作業中のクラッシュに備えるもので、バックアップの為にあるものではありません。
Macを利用の様ですからタイムマシンを利用しているのであれば、そちらのバックアップからファイルを取り出せます。 -

こちらのサンプルをダウンロードしてテストにて再現しました。
スクリーン用に書き出しのSVG設定にて「縮小」をチェックした場合、オブジェクト実体であるcircleタグのプロパティから直接styleとリンクするclassが欠落します。
この縮小のアルゴリズムが複数の不具合を含んでいると考えられます。実際の結果

macOS 10.15.7
Illustrator ver.26.2.1スクリーン用に書き出しを利用してSVGを書き出す際、形式の設定の縮小をチェックすると内部CSSのIDに利用出来ないキャラクタが含まれるために正常にブラウザ等でCSSを読めずにレンダリングが正常に行われない。
1.ある程度の規模のIllustratorファイルを用意する。
2.スクリーン用書き出しダイアログを開き「スタイル→内部CSS」、「縮小チェックボックス」をチェックした上でアートボードを書き出す。
3.書き出されたSVGファイルのID等にnameCharに定義されていないU+0060（`）が含まれるために正常にCSSがリンクしない。期待する結果
縮小チェックを入れない場合と同様に正常にCSSがレンダリングされる。実際の結果
CSSが認識されない為に期待した表示とならない。以下のコミュニティスレッドの指摘の通り、本来なら「z」が入るべき所がU+0060となっています。これを是正するためにはテキストエディタにて「`」を「z」に置換するか「縮小」を回避することで期待した出力結果を得られます。単純に許容されている文字コードのレンジを実装上ずらしてしまった結果かと考えます。
この不具合は小規模のふファイルではU+0060が利用されるまでIDが生成されない為にある程度の規模でないと再現されません。この事から他のSVGに関するUservoice上の報告もこれに類する状態なのかもしれません。サンプルとして３つのSVGファイルを用意しました。
アートボード 1_output.svgは縮小を有効にしたSVGです。グラデーション部分のCSSがリンクされず黒にフォールバックします。
アートボード 1_noreduce..svgは縮小を無効にした状態で書き出されたSVGです。こちらは正常にレンダリングされます。
アートボード 1_edit.svgはアートボード 1_output.svgをテキストエディタで開き「`」を「z」に一括置換し上書き保存したものです。※SVGはアップロード不可能ですから、わたしのクラウド上で共有します。

ご報告いただいた「合成フォントが使用されているパス上文字をアウトライン化した際に、一部の文字が正しくアウトライン化されない現象」の再現を確認いたしました。
こちらの問題は曲線パス上の文字の角度によって、再現の有無があるようです。
また、ノーマルフォントの場合は再現しませんが、単一フォントのみで作成された合成フォントでは再現することが確認できました。

わたしも検証してみました。添付のように特定の角度に回転されるグリフの処理に問題があります。合成フォントだけに起こる不具合ですので、現状では各グリフを手動で指定して回避するしか無いようです。

ご報告いただきました問題につきまして、再現が確認できました。
「パスのオフセット」効果が適用されている文字の中マド部分の直線と、「Y軸 = 0」のラインが重なる場合に発生するようです。
簡単に「田」や「A」の字で再現できました。今後の開発進捗などはこちらでご報告させていただきます。

ご報告いただいた内容を検証した結果、以下の現象を確認いたしました。
- 環境設定の「プレビュー境界を使用」が有効の場合、特定の効果が適用されているポイントテキストオブジェクトを変形パネルの幅（高さ）サイズフィールドで縦横比固定でリサイズすると、文字が正しくリサイズされない。
- 文字パネルのフォントサイズでリサイズする場合は、正しく演算される。
- 環境設定の「プレビュー境界を使用」が無効の場合は、特に問題は発生しない。
これは、以前のバージョンでも同じ現象が確認できました。
修正などの開発の進捗がありましたら、こちらで報告いたします。

In English...
1. Type words and set size 24pt.
2. apply “Effect->Path->Outline Object”.
3. Set “Use Preview Bouds” in the Align panel.
4. click and lock “Constrain Width and Height Propotions” in the Transform panel.
5. add ”*2” to the end of the height value and press return key.
6. The calculated value is not correct and does not constrain width and height value. -

「書き出し形式」からのPNG作成は従来から塗り足しが反映されないかと思います。塗り足しが欲しい場合は「スクリーン用に書き出し」を利用して下さい。
