Document’s dimensions are 10 times larger when printing
Illustrator calculates dimensions incorrectly.
The problem is when printing from Illustrator.
There is no problem saving the file and placing it in ONYX.

It feels like the Large Canvas mode (the one that enables ×10 coefficient) is in play somehow... can you tell more about this document?
Was it you who created it? Do you remember what artboard size you used when creating it? Were you given a warning about Large Canvas being activated?
