Illustrator (Desktop) Bugs

  1. Improper Dimension with Stroke (width and Height) - Illustrator 2019

    Everytime I apply stroke to the object, I adds it to the overall height and width. Which makes my workflow worst. It shouldn't add the stroke not until I expand the apperance/object. Or maybe if you guys could add an option/button/switch to weather we want Ai to add the stroke to the overall dimension or not.Would really appreciate your immediate response.

    There is an option in Illustrator to control this behavior, located in Preferences > General : Use Preview Bounds.

    When it’s enabled, Illustrator add the visual outline of the stroke to the bounds of the object, treating them together. When it is disabled, only the geometric bounds of the shape are used.
