When art is renamed, no notifier is sent
In CC2019, at least two notifiers should result from renaming art: kAIArtPropertiesChangedNotifier & kAIArtObjectsChangedNotifier, but neither is sent.

Is this resolved? I noticed that timestamp is not updated if you rename art or if you move it between layers. Maybe there is a problem?
