The transform tool is not behaving as expected. Width and dimension transformations do not transform according to the selected reference point.
EXPECTED RESULT: when the reference point is set to `centre`, I expect the transformation to apply 50% of a change in the height or width value equally to both sides of the object.
ACTUAL RESULT: The transformation behaves as it was set to `left` and applies 100% on the new value to the right side of the object.

The transform tool is not behaving as expected. Width and dimension transformations do not transform according to the selected reference point.
