    Hi there, I'm also troubled with this issue but now I have fixed this follow the steps:

    type Windows + R at the same time and paste this command into the search section:

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2021\Support Files\Required\UXP\extensions\com.adobe.illustrator.propertiespanel

    and press (Enter button) after that,

    Back up the "main.js" file and rename the "main.js.bak" to "main.js", you are good to go it will work for me Good luck :)
