    I've been having this problem over 2 days with Illustrator 2021 - tried EVERYTHING - multiple restarts, deleting prefs, cleaning, reinstalling ... EVERYTHING.

    ... except, then I disconnected the internet. IT WORKED!! Oh Glory!!!.

    Thanks for NOTHING Adobe.
