    Every time I start illustrator it crashes. Starting a second time USUALLY opens it but sometimes a third attempt is needed. It links me to a "fix" that requires uninstalling some third party chrome office plugin that I don't have...so a useless link to a prompt that will now pop-up every time I start illustrator.

    I just upgraded to 26.0.1 in hopes this was fixed. It's not.

    Lenovo P15 workstation laptop, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10850H CPU @ 2.70GHz, 96 gb of ram, Nvidia Quadro T2000, windows 10 pro. So no excuses about resources.

    The fact that the report bug link takes me here and can't gather my system stats is also, for the record, utterly archaic. And I have to create a new user account separate from my creative cloud one? Seriously? What the ****, guys.
