    @Egor: No, even with CapsLock toggled and Pref/Gen/UsePrecise cursors selected there remains a shape beneath the crosshairs indicating the size of the brush being used. Some of us find it distracting. In earlier versions of PS we could opt for ONLY the crosshairs.
