  1. Effect dialogs from Photoshop Effects section in the Effects menu display as blank, with only buttons visible

    I see another person has the same issue as well in December 2023: https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/why-my-effect-gallery-not-showing-in-illustrator-beta/m-p/14289101

    The effect does apply when you press OK, but you cannot see what you apply which makes me go back and forth applying the effect.

    I'm using the version 28.3 47
    And my computer is on mac version Sonoma 14.2.1.

    i just tested it out on a empty file, it also happens then.
