    Thanks for your reply and suggestion!
    I've try to place more stops , but the desaturated tone still there, it just move up to the part where the blending start .
    Adding an overprint layer on top and shift the transition slightly to cover the bottom layer works! We output to print and the colour blend nicely and the pantone colour looks accurate. Hope it works well for other spot colour too.

    We will use this method for our future jobs! Thanks again for your help!

    Beta 30.0.0.21 now offers two methods to interpolate gradient stops, similar to ones Photoshop has: Classic and Perceptual.

    You can change these directly from Gradient and Control panels, or via Gradient popup in Properties.

    Please try this build and share your thought on how it works and what do you expect to be improved.
