    Agh I am having the same problem. This newest up of illustrator 2024 is so glitchy. So much too that I also have 2023 installed which I use most of the time, but I like some of the newer features on 2024.

    I can back to some files after some time away and they ALL have this problem. Looks blurry, if you zoom, only the upper left hand part of the work space will zoom, in a rectangular shape. The only workaround as mentioned above is to hit TAB and it resets everything,

    As in this picture, the upper left is showing the zoom, but it won't zoom on the entire page.
