    Can anyone tell me which version of illustrator maintains the replace to all box, and if possible use it at the same time as the latest version of illustrator?

    if you have to replace an image inserted many times within the illustrator file, the "Search missing links in this folder." button is useless, you have to repeat the insertion as many times as there are images inserted.
    How should I do it? all the answers published so far have been of no use.

    The solution of RV999 doesn't work if you need to replace an image with a different name and which is repeated for example 20 times within the illustrator file.
