    Every time I attempt to vectorize an image on my iPad Pro — it freezes. Both the app and my iPad are up to date. I have the 1 GB model and have hardly anything on the iPad Pro — and nothing else is running... I am to the point where I think I will request a refund. I have not been able to do much with the program and thought it was me as I am new to it. However, I recently had someone that is well versed in the application work on it with me and they pointed out the iPad Pro version is not only very inferior, it is super buggy.

    This is completely unacceptable... I should not have to go in and reset anything on a program I paid for... This should be done be Ai support. The link sends me to instructions for a Windows machine, this is as I stated previously an APPLE iPad Pro.
