I’m experiencing repeated crashing issues on Adobe Illustrator for my tablet. The app opens normally and loads the “creating preview” screen, but after entering the workspace it either freezes or closes the app after a few seconds.
The issue is inconsistent because sometimes the app briefly works again before crashing repeatedly afterward. I already:
* restarted my tablet
* checked for updates
* cleared storage space
* tested different files
My storage is not full and the app was working normally before this started happening recently. I also recorded video evidence of the issue occurring.
This is affecting my school assignments, so I would appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions or confirmation that this may be a known issue.
