    Folders are such an obvious addition to Illustrator it's stupid why the option doesn't exist. In Photoshop, I move parts of one design to another regularly, like I bundle up the layers into a folder in Document A, then duplicate the folder into document B. Document A is a print doc, and Document B is anything else, a Web doc, a book cover, a poster, a post card.

    Folders make my life so much simpler for working with multiple document formats it's ridiculous it doesn't exist in Illustrator.

    I sometimes wonder if Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are made by the same company. There is so much disparity between them it's like they are made by two different companies. Want to copy a layer from one to the other? Too bad. There are other just brain-dead incompatibilities it makes no sense.

    Create folders!
