Dear Adobe - I feel as though you are losing an entire population of entrepreneurs and product prototyping and production that use vector graphics to design and produce 3D models. Adobe Illustrator has been an absolute great tool to quickly take 2D sketches, quickly modify to fine tune, and then export into our favorite CAD programs (mine is Shaper3D) to prepare for printing. The ability to export from the iPad directly into Shaper3D (also an iPad version) would eliminate steps and greatly improve the overall experience. It’s the pen on the iPad, where those of us that are not trained digital artists, that really helps us bring products to market more quickly.
This is just one example of the need for AI on iPad to have DXF export functionality.
