    Thanks for raising this. We've looked into this issue from our side, but we're unable to reproduce the issue internally so far.

    If you're still seeing it, could you help us with a few details so we can dig in further?

    • Are you still facing the issue? (yes / intermittent / no longer)
    • Machine configuration — OS and version, GPU, and Illustrator version/build
    • Reproduction rate — does it happen every time, or only sometimes?
    • A screen recording of the issue as it happens, if you can capture one
    • The AI file you were working with when the issue occurred (feel free to share a stripped-down/anonymised version if the original is confidential)

    If the issue is 100% reproducible on your machine, we'd be happy to set up a short debug session with you.

    the internet disconnection test request got me thinking... is it possible there is an issue with the app re: network connectivity (i.e accessing a file across a network), vs. working on the same file locally (copying to desktop, and opening/editing there etc.).

    Win10 user... after AI23 update, constant AI freezes and crashes. I can't get 3-5 minutes through working on a file where this doesn't continue to reoccur. Same issues as everyone else has been reporting. weird screen redraw stuff happens, then AI flips to wireframe mode and locks up. Usually followed by a crash, sometimes, it;s hung up in a process that never resolves. I've turned GPU rendering OFF in my preferences, still experiencing it. PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP, it's killing my work productivity.
