    Hi everyone,

    The issue seems to be fixed for all users. So please let us know if anyone else is still facing it, otherwise we can close the issue.

    My arrow keys do not work only when trying to rename a document in “save as”. For instance, we label our files “v1, v2, v3” for different versions. So if I want to use my arrows to move the cursor back from the end of the extension, It will not move & I have to physically place it w/ my mouse. But I don’t have this issue when creating a new doc, saving for web, or any other aspect of Illustrator (nor do I have this issue in Photoshop “save as”). I tried changing the keyboard increments to “1” as suggested, but it did not work.
