    So I am running Windows 10 and am having the same issues.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

    Intel(R) Core(TM) if-4440 CPU @3.10GHz
    16GB Ram
    64-bit
    Windows 10 Home v 1803 OS build 17134.648
    HP 700-230
