    The issue seems to be fixed for all users. So please let us know if anyone else is still facing it, otherwise we can close the issue.

    I can't use my arrow keys either.... even though I already changed the keyboard increment many times... My AI vision is 2017. Is every AI version now having this problem? Is there any other way can solve this problem?
