    Hey Anish,

    I just did the update of the creative cloud and the softs, my problem has been solved with the update ! They corrected it. Thank you for your help nonetheless

    I tried to look for the CCX Welcome folder but I don't have it on my computer.
    My username doesn't have any special characters.
