  1. Opening a file from Explorer does open Ai Beta, but does not load the file

    It is not possible to open an AI file through Windows and not in InDesign when I click on EDIT WITH, but only when I open in Illustrator File menu

  2. "Automatically Save Recovery Data Every X Minutes" doesn't work

    my auto save for recovery data is set to 2 minutes, but it rarely even saves reliably every "hour".

    this happened again today and this time I lost 3 hours of progress--yes it was my fault, I was swamped from editing multiple projects across multiple apps for a deadline. And, naturally, illustrator crashed again. Like always, it doesn't have the recovery data from minutes ago. Judging from the save state, this time it seemed to have only saved after the "first 2 minutes" upon opening the file, and never again afterwards.

  3. Prerelease version has expired message

    I installed the pre-release of Illustrator and can't continue. It says:
    Your Illustrator has expired.
    Huh? That's definitely a bug! I can only uninstall it and return to my regular Illustrator or the Beta release.
