Works as it should now, in 30.2.1 build. Please update and comment back in case it still misbehaves for you.

I see same behavior as shown in the screenshot. Can you explain the issue a bit more? Were all these actions had a shortcut earlier and they got lost in import?

"Save each artboard to a separate file" creates AI files with hidden layers and missing linked files
2 votesAn error occurred while saving the comment @Jetske - Not able to see the issue at my end. Can you forward any Ai file showing this issue to us at sharewithai@adobe.com and mention this UV thread's link (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/51496150) in the email subject or content?

An error occurred while saving the comment @volf - We tried the file sent by you but could not see the issue. There is a difference between your Illustrator setup and ours - the Esko plugin is missing at our end. Can you try turning off Esko plugin and let us know if that makes a difference?

An error occurred while saving the comment @volf - can you try saving the file in latest Illustrator version - 30.6 and let us know if the problem still persists?
An error occurred while saving the comment Lorelynn,
We received the package shared by you, but we cannot see the issue encountered by you.
You mentioned that you are having preview issues with linked images, and some images are missing from the preview. We do not see that.
We need to know where are you previewing the Ai file – is it being placed in any other file (like PSD or INDD file) or are you having an incorrect preview in OS folder?
An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks @volf for your reply.
For us to investigate this, please send the original .ai (in a package so that it includes image as well) to sharewithai@adobe.com directly, to avoid UV’s spam robot, and mention the link to this report so we can track it back here — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/51181984
An error occurred while saving the comment @Volf - You have to re-save the file with v30.3. Please open the existing file in v30.3 and save it again. Let us know if that solves the problem or not.

An error occurred while saving the comment @Kenneth - Is this happening for a particular file or all the files? Can you just try creating a fresh new file and see if the issue happens? Are other menu options working fine - not grayed out?

An error occurred while saving the comment All - I am posting the questions asked by Egor earlier in reply to Juan's video.
Do you notice any difference if you disable the 'Show Artboard name on canvas' option in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display? I noticed a pause in updating these when you zoom out, so maybe it’s this specific function to blame.

An error occurred while saving the comment @grafica - Will it be possible for you to share this recent file with us as well? I am not sure if the file shared earlier would still be the apt one for newer observation. Thanks.
An error occurred while saving the comment @Adzkia - We would need more information on this issue. Are you seeing this with PDF files? Have you ever seen this issue happening when you created a new Ai file (not from content copied from PDF), saved it and reopened it?
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Apologies for you running into this issue.
Can you share more details about the nature of these files?
You mentioned that they are embedded. Did you place these files in Illustrator through any particular route - for example dragging from another application to Illustrator? Or, if you take a screenshot and placed it directly in Illustrator?
Do you run into any crash before seeing this issue or does it happen with normal (successful) save and reopening of files?
Do these images have any embedded color profiles?
Try turning off "GPU Performance" checkbox in Performance section of Preferences and relaunch Illustrator. See if that change helps in such files or not.
@Jim - Can you help us with some screenshots or video depicting the issue?
