    All - you need to have latest Illustrator (Beta) app installed from Beta Apps section in Creative Cloud Desktop to try the fix done.

    We have been able to resolve the issue. You should not be running into this issue. Please do a relaunch or two to refresh the application.

    We have released a new version (3.0.1) today. Eyedropper shortcut is supported now.

    What is the version you are on - 1.3?

    If it possible, attach a video of the exact problem you are running into.

  8. Cannot open Illustrator after updating to version 24.1.2. Windows 7 reports an error "missing VCRUNTIME140_1.dll". (The 24.1.1 is ok)
