    I am from Illustrator team and tried this at my end. I do not see the issue encountered by you. So, this might due to the color themes available in your library. You mentioned your are seeing this issue in release build and beta build.

    Can you create a small library with 3-4 such themes and do an export of that library to share the .cclibs file here?

    All - you need to have latest Illustrator (Beta) app installed from Beta Apps section in Creative Cloud Desktop to try the fix done.

    We have been able to resolve the issue. You should not be running into this issue. Please do a relaunch or two to refresh the application.

    We have released a new version (3.0.1) today. Eyedropper shortcut is supported now.

    If it possible, attach a video of the exact problem you are running into.

  9. Cannot open Illustrator after updating to version 24.1.2. Windows 7 reports an error "missing VCRUNTIME140_1.dll". (The 24.1.1 is ok)
